Mr. Garlock is unprofessional during a bass fishing tournament. Totally rude and nothing but un sportsmanship. Not just to other tournament anglers but also to non tournament anglers. Their is no way i could do business or would tell anyone to do business with a person like this.

As a first time home buyer I had a showing with Cathy Garlock. She was late to the showing, on her phone most of the time including when trying to talk to her she answered her phone and told me to give her a minute. Not only that but when she asked if we were interested we said it was not for us so she offered to show us another house and we told her no thank you and that we are going to talk to another realtor, she then started to tell us that we wasted her time and she could have showed a river house instead. All because we didnt want the house and her as our realtor. Never will I recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. After the way she acted I was disgusted. And this was during the Covid pandemic and no she did not wear a mask during the showing.

Simply the best. Close the deal with out excuses. I will use her again soon.

Wouldn’t recommend them to first time buyers. They’re only interested in you if you’re spending $500k+ on the river. Couldn’t get the time of day from Cathy. Had to switch to a different realtor. You can only call so many times and be ignored before you’ve had enough.
