When it comes to BIG TRUCKS, our top choice, since 2013 is Driving Force Vehicle Rentals. The tireless team at the Burnaby location have always gone out of their way to work with us, and our crazy, ever changing schedule. Even when things got weird last year, during lock down, they found a way to get us into the vehicles we needed to get the job done! Hannah, Helen and Darren have been our go-to people and we have benefited greatly from their seemingly endless patience and expertise. Our clients rely on us to get them all over the city and the province, and we rely on Driving Force to help us get them there. THANK YOU, DFVR, Burnaby!

The only place where we could find an 8-seaters Lincoln Navigator, year 2022 last minute. Manager and staffs are courteous and cheerful. The rented car's exterior was washed, interior cleaned, and unlike other rental cars you found in the airport where you were left with the responsibility of checking the car for damages, in Driving Force, one staff wearing a safety vest did a walk around with us taking picture of all existing scratches, a different staff did the same procedure when we took the vehicle back. The original scratches were easily verifiable by this simple yet effective procedure. The Manager, Darren, even corrected a staff to not charge us $15/day for additional driver when we added my daughter's boyfriend. We will definitely rent again from and recommend Driving Force to our friends.

One of the Company's truck did a hit and run on my property. I have a camera/pictures showing the truck is owned by them and the day it was rented. I also have pictures of the drivers which they could have easily looked up. They Company did not take any responsibility for anything and did not try to help. I would never deal with a company like this.

Zach was one of the most positive folks I ever had the pleasure of working with and having him provide our rental. Think he moved on after it closed during covid but I still enjoy Driving Force for SO many of our rentals. Four years ago i rated this place and I still think its worthy of five stars. Goodjob guys!

They came thru for us very last minute after Uhaul cancelled my reservation the night before I had to move!!! Thank you!!!

Terrible customer service. I initially booked a week ago, which was hard in itself because they never answer the phone. It took 2 days to reach them. I called back to confirm the booking as I never received a confirmation email. I was told they never received my booking and then re-booked me over the phone. I then phoned back to ask a question, but nobody has answered the phone. I left multiple voicemails with no response. I had to cancel our reservation via e-mail. We're going to go with a more responsive and reliable rental company.

i always have a good experience renting from Driving Force. We made a point of renting from them all the way out in Langley because of the service they provided.
