We thought we had a problem with out washing machine because there was water mysteriously coming into our washing machine without using it and onto the floor. Our gas oven had always been slow to reach temperatures; the little electric oven downstairs made it look like a big plodding behemoth. Now it was not getting hot at all.Called in the evening (open til 8 Which is good for this sort of business imho), and were told we would get a call the next morning with an arrival time. Called by 9am and arrived by 10. Repair done in around 30 minutes. Our oven is working better than it has since new.
