Detail Garage - Auto Detailing Supplies

First off let me say that I’ve been using chemical guys products for well over 10+ years now and they make some really awesome stuff. 90% of all my detailing chemicals, tools, accessories are all from CG’s. I’ve taken their detailing classes at the Mississauga location…excellent! The chemicals are just fantastic and everything works as advertised , and in a lot of cases even better then advertised. The reason they get three stars is just the overall lack of stock on the shelves of their stores for the last 6 months. It used to be that an item or two you were targeting was out of stock during your visit, now your lucky if you show up and they have one or two items your targeting in-stock. Regardless of the excuses given, It looks like chemical guys can’t keep their own store shelves stocked. I do happen to notice that Canadian Tire’s shelves are overflowing with tons of CG stock…hopefully you guys don’t forget about your loyal customers that have been coming to your for years for a spot on a corporate shelf. This is not exclusive to the Mississauga store as other Detail Garages are pretty much bare of anything other then 20 flavors of scented sprays…my review will change when you guys figure out your stocking issues and take care of the people that have been taking care of you all these years.

Absolutely the best auto detailing shop in town. If you love your car you must come. No matter if you've never detailed your car before or you're a pro, they will take the time to answer all your questions. They also offer classes. Will definitely keep coming back here.

Both Ryan and Lauren were extremely helpful. Found the foam gun and equipment I’ve been looking for and received tips and advice on how to use. Will be back for Ryan’s humour :)

Absolutely fantastic place. Great work and great guys. Not only did they make the car look amazing but they helped me find products I need to keep it that way and how to apply it.

I used to swear by the products they sell, until they sold me a wheel brush known to scratch/damage without any warnings about this issue - the employees actually assured me there was no way it could cause any sort of damage. When I called the the owner he was completely unapologetic, and was the one to advise after the fact it’s a well known issue. He has since been ignoring my calls and emails, and has yet to follow up on my request to cover the repair cost of the damages. I would recommend staying away from the products they sell, they are cheaply made and will damage your vehicle. You will then be treated poorly with absolutely zero customer service. Pictures attached are just an example of the damage that was done to all 4 rims.

Ryan the manager is the exemplar of customer service. I visited the store with entention to pick up a product to repair a scratch on my car. Ryan went out of his way to look at my car and provided advice on how to repair the scratches. Ryan also recommended the correct products to use to get the best results. Great service.

Placed an online order for in stock products and expected a shipment within a week. Nearly 4 weeks ago I placed my original order and heard nothing and I emailed to inquire and heard nothing. I called and only got voicemail. I emailed and called to cancel my order since I never got any responses but nothing was done. I had to reverse the charge on my CC which was sided in my flavor but what a hassle. I have still to this day not received an email or phone call and my order is still in processing according to their site.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE!absolutely the worst customer service.Placed an order in April... Followed up multiple times and got a response weeks later that there is issues with thier POS. No correspondence after that despite multiple emails and voice mails being left asking for a credit for payment. Months later still no product or communication.
