Paws in the Bath Dog Grooming

We love bringing our dog here. She’s a 12 lb Havapoo. Sarah is our groomer and she is absolutely wonderful. Sophie always has the best groom and is treated like a queen. The rest of the staff are always nice and friendly too. I would definitely recommend taking your dog to this location.

I've been taking my pomeranian mix here for almost a year. I called to inquire around why I was being charged a full cut/shave price when my dog only has his sanitary areas and paws cleaned up. A lady named Jackie called me back and was very defensive. She gave me little explanation or options and when I asked to speak with a manager, as a felt this conversation was not getting us anywhere, she hung up on me. I even sent and email after this as I was just trying to understand the pricing and never heard back.I won't be taking my dog here or any dogs in the future. The place was local and my dog seemed fine, but was never really happy being dropped off when he usually is excited to see his favorite people. The sanitary cuts were inconsistent the last two times as my groomer was changed without notice, which I had to clean up myself not even two weeks after our visit. I didnt feel I was getting the service I was charged for, especially the last two cuts and no one seemed willing to discuss it. This is obviously not a establishment who cares for their customers and maintaining relationships. I no longer feel it is a safe spot to leave my pet as it was represented to me that not all staff can handle their emotions. I'm sure the self grooming service is the best option at this place and try to avoid certain employees.

Took my dog here to have her nails clipped as she is generally fussy about that sort of thing. The ladies were very friendly and she was out strutting like a new dog in 15mins!! Would definitely recommend!!

In every occasion the staff at Paws in the Bath Keswick location have been friendly, professional and accommodating. My dog is a bush dog and comes home a new puppers and ready to party after each of his appointments. Although doggo and I are from out of town our visits now include a spa day for doggo.

This place is horrible to take your puppy to get grooming! I would NEVER recommend this place. We took our 4 month old Yorkie here and asked for her not to be shaved and to leave a skirt. They completely shaved her and left a line of her long hair near her belly and left chunks under her neck. Emma said she was uncooperative. Well she is a puppy and they should have experience with this. If not Emma should have spoke up before handling our puppy that she’s not familiar with handling puppies and the request of grooming. The price is outrageous for getting a hack job done to our puppy! Do not go here!

Great knowledge and friendly staff. Our dog hates water to begin with, he's been here 3x now. And isn't running for the door. He usually does and tries to get away. He's not done that here. So he's getting good care.

Amazing experience! Not only is the haircut beautiful but my nervous boy came home so happy, I could tell he received a lot of care and reassurance. And he smells amazing! Wonderful job. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

I took my dog in to get a hair cut and all was well… so we thought, later that night we where laying in bed and I noticed that she has her paw pad cut open, that cut wasn’t there before I took her in, they also cut her nails so short to the point where if they cut even a centimetre off she would have been bleeding. They didn’t brush her very well either. I don’t really recommend this place if you’re looking for a good hair cut and style. I’d go for a trim but nothing else.

We just moved to the area and what a pleasant surprise this grooming salon is! We have 3 small dogs and from start to finish the dogs were treated so well. We are so used to them being separated in little kennels in the back. They have small sectioned off areas which enabled our dogs to stay together and walk around while the other was being serviced. With the new move we thought the dogs would be a little anxious but by the time we picked them up they were so calm and were being friendly with other people in the salon as well. We will be repeat customers for sure!!
