This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, it's very expensive when you compare their products with other merchandise most of the sales agents don't care about their customers they only focus on their commission instead and the sale manager is a very rude guy no sense of professionalism. I purchased a vehicle from them and when I tried to return it within the time frame of 2 days for two options to exchange or return the sales agent framed me by telling me the manager will contact you regarding your situation which he never did and when I showed up for solution non was offers but abusive language, therefore, I don't recommend anybody to deal with them.

Extremely expensive when we can get much cheaper services elsewhere. No Payment plan whatsoever. When asked how much everything was gonna be they only told us the price of one thing instead of giving us the full total. And then when the service is done they hit us with the full total which is almost 1000$. Been going there for years. Will never go back again.

They just don’t call you back. No matter how many voicemails you leave. Impossible to book an appointment. Been trying for 4 days straight.

I won’t be going back here. Been going to kia vaudreuil for years but moved to the city and it was too far so I switched service locations. Every time I bring in my car they sell me something else. Last time they tried to make me replace the same part they replaced on the service prior. Now, I make an appointment for service number 3 plus wheel alignment. They tell me it’s 500$ and I took note of exactly what they would be doing. I called vaudreuil and they said 279$+99.95$ for wheel alignment- a bit of a difference… I called dorval back and this time they tell me it’s also 279$ there (funny how it wasn’t before I told them I called vaudreuil) but with wheel alignment comes out to 471$. Doesn’t add up. Sketchy service. Will not be going back.

I recently bought a new Rio from them and could not be happier. Although I stumbled upon them sort of randomly (I live in Ontario and called dozens of dealers looking for a new vehicle, due to the shortage) I highly recommend them. Melissa gave and collected all necessary info over the phone, which made for a very quick and smooth transaction when I showed up. They were very diligent in properly processing my out-of-province purchase and making sure everything was in order before I left town. As an added bonus, they were incredibly welcoming to the whole family.

Worst service I’ve ever experience at this location in Dorval. They will take your name and number down, but they will NEVER call you back. You can leave NUMEROUS voicemails and speak to multiple departments to TRY and get someone to help you, but no one will return calls. Who the heck wants to drive all the way to a dealership just to be able to get someone to help you! Absolutely horrible. Go buy your car at SPINELLI on boul. Des sources instead. Different owner.

My car buying experience at this dealership was not really enjoyble. I put 2K downpayment but it was not added to my invoice therefore I ended up paying the full price and even more, I found later that the car was sold for more than it was listed. The staff never responded my calls after I drove off. My post-sale experience was not good but I have to say I enjoyed the car a lot.

Make certain to have everything in writing or they will sell it on you. I had to give one star to be able to post but wouldn't give them anything

Melissa in sales is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. Their team does not just work individually but all together to help come out with the best possible outcome. I am very thankful for all her help in helping my partner and I acquire our first car! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a car.
