Dollarama

Was just at this store, walked around and picked up the things I wanted. Got up to the cash, one girl standing there not doing anything and 2 people using self checkouts. I asked if she was on cash. She said no one was. I'm sorry but I refuse to shop in a store that has no customer service and be watched to check out my own items and pay them to stand there and do nothing. I will not be back if this is they way they plan to operate.

Visited the store for flower pots and found them plus a few other items. Went to check out, only self check out available with one girl working three self checkouts. I asked for paper to wrap my pots and said I am surprised there isn't a human working. She got four pieces of paper for my five pots and the difficulty trying get them on the baggage area was beyond capable. Not impressed with the service today!

I love this $ store. It is always clean, organized , friendly and well stocked. If it gets lined up they are very efficient. They go out of their way for seniors. I give a big Hi 5 to the manager who gets forgotten. ♥️

I like the lower prices on daily things a person use and buy. From toothpicks to broom handle or trash bags. Craft and party supplies. Lot of food items as well. Lots of beverages and even bread and canned good. I could go on all day but I just am telling it as it is. HINT... PUT SOME RED BULL IN THE COOLER.

Will not use self checkouts, had to wait for a real cashier. Not impressed with corporate greed that puts profits ahead of people making customers be the cashiers themselves.

No longer a dollar store as we use to know it, but prices are still reasonable compared to other stores. Clean, happy to see the self check outs, never enough cashiers on before this! Always long line ups, shelf check outs have made it easier.

My wife and daughter went in to buy thanksgiving item at the self check out and a older lady got frustrated and pushed my daughter because they weren’t scanning things fast enough for her she should be fired and if not I will see her soon enough on a next visit

The staff at this Dollarama are definitely a little friendlier than some of the staff at the Lansdowne location(one woman at the Lansdowne location in particular, who openly swears while at work, is definitely not approachable). This West Dollarama is neat, clean, well stocked, and a good location for West siders.I only would like if Dollarama stood behind SOME products like chargers or any of the products which cost 4.50 plus tax and the electronics tax, if buying a charger or something. Often things do not work, a simple exchange would be helpful.Thanks (Don't forget to social distance so we do not have to line up like this again.

This location has gone down hill since the introduction of their self serve machines. No one even posted at the cash registers. The employee monitoring the area would rather argue and continue to aggressively encourage you to use their self serve machines then go over to the register and serve you. I really could care less how easy the machines are to use. After 5+ years of shopping here a couple times a week, today will be my last visit to this location.
