Been to this locating today. But all I can say is they are the best walk in clinic, I have seen. The doctor takes time to listen and check you out properly. There service is really good. God bless this doctor.

First time visit, lady doctor was so rude, she had mask on her face that's why I have to ask again what are you saying she was speaking so rude, first of all patients visit there because they have health issues on the other side if you are consulting with doctor like her it is disgusting.She was there on Saturday.I had worse experience.

Clinic closes at 8pm. I went with my 1 year old who had very high fever and strep throat. The receptionist was extremely rude and turned us away, saying the dr already took the last patient of the day. I requested her to check with the Dr if he would see my son, as he needed antibiotics right away, but the receptionist refused to speak to the Dr. She sent us to another clinic with long wait times. With a little sick baby on hand, it's hard to wait an hour. A little understanding would have gone a long way.

Amazing service from start to finish. I highly recommend this place. Dr is very kind and takes his time.

Very nice Dr. and staff, professional and friendly. I've been at many urgent care clinics before, and I found all of them chaotic, mismanaged, and unfriendly and rude staff, unlike this clinic. They treat all patients with due care, politeness, and professionalism. Please keep the quality of service same. Definitely Brampton's top urgent care clinic.Thank you Dr and staff.

This review goes for ‘Dr Anushi Patgunarajah’, as a patient I wish I could give her less than one star. I am new to Canada, I don’t have a health card, neither I have a family doctor. I went to see Dr Anushi for my major health conditions, I was constantly crying in front of her as I have been going through severe depression and physical symptoms like fever, headache, weight gain. She showed no compassion, she barely heard me for 2 minutes. When I requested her to please prescribe some blood tests, she said ‘No’ on my face. As a patient I saw no concern in her attitude. I just requested for some basic tests like vitamin D, thyroid tests and she rejected my requests.The staff member at the front does not even know the difference between ‘insulin test’ and ‘glucose test’. She said both tests are same. She works at a health clinic and she doesn’t know that both are altogether different tests.I paid 75 dollars from my pocket and I did not get a service even worth 1 dollar.

Great service always but they might want to follow times advertised on google - might be a good idea for patients to call before WALKing-IN. Saw them send away few patients that walked in during business hours - saying we're closing early today.

My family has been coming here for 10 years, we have a family dr here so we always book an appointment as it’s required. The doctor never ever sees you on their appointment time and I understand that they don’t see you exactly at your time but waiting for a whole hour even though I booked a time slot? DISGUSTING Today my father took off work (take in this costs him a loss of 100s of dollars) simply so he can see his family dr, his appointment was for 6:40 he was put inside a room at 7:30 AND at 7:40 he left because the doctor never came to see him. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I expect a response otherwise I will most definitely be filing a report on CPSO

Nice and friendly staff. Seems like this is a newly opened urgent care. Doctors are good and knowledgeable.
