Phone here if you want your piano moved safely and politely! Richard and the other two men who came to move my 1917 Gourlay upright grand were absolute gentlemen. I did *not* give them an easy job - this piano had to go around several corners and up 3 flights of indoor stairs in order to be situated where it is now. I was warned in advance my stair tiles might crack under the weight of the piano - it weighs 800lbs whereas most others of the same physical size are about 500lbs. All floors involved are exactly the same as before. The three of them even complimented my antique collection, and Richard was able to give me really interesting information about the history and restoration of my antique instrument - it is clear that he really knows his stuff. Not a scratch on anything, and I was even charged less than I was originally quoted.

We used Precision for a complex sectional move into a mid-rise townhouse. Precision was creative, hassle-free, professional, and very diligent. We were especially impressed with how they treated our furniture - as if it was there own.Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about these guys, it was my first time using them, and they earned a lifetime customer in me. They moved a 1898 piano for me, crazy heavy and large, they moved it out of a tight condo space into a tight bi-level staircase. They gave us a nice time window of an hour for arrival of 1:30 to 2:30, they were there by 1:45, and had the piano loaded and on its way by 2:15. They were extremely respectful of my property covering everything in boards or blankets to ensure no damage. They even went out of their way to replace a broken cast iron wheel for me that the Calgary Piano Movers busted off on one of the previous moves about 7 years ago. The professionalism and experience is night and day to the previous movers I have used. They are defiantly not the cheapest out there, but remember you get what you pay for, and if you want the piece of mind knowing your stuff will be moved undamaged and on time then these are the guys for you, heck my piano arrived in better condition then when they got it thanks to them having a spare wheel to install.

We used Precision Movers for an in-town Calgary move recently in September 2020. The booking process was very easy, Richard asked lots of questions about what we had to move in order to generate an estimate.The movers showed up on right on time with a very large truck, dolleys, and blankets. The two movers moved everything safely and efficiently. I was very impressed as they hauled up the solid oak dresser to the second floor. They also laid down runners throughout the new house and staircases so as not to track dirt in as we had just recently had the place professionally cleaned.Richard also accommodated a request for the movers to wear masks at all times in the house.If you are looking for high quality movers, give Precision Movers a call.

Richard was great to work with. He was both knowledgeable and professional, answered every phone call, worked quickly and carefully, and spent additional time to explain some of the intricacies of our new piano. His experience with pianos is obvious and a great asset. I will definitely be calling him for any future moving needs, pianos or otherwise. He took great care ensuring the move would go smoothly, worked around my hectic schedule and accommodated for last minute changes to this schedule by postponing the move when requested. He and his team made sure every detail was attended to so that the piano was moved without any damage and with absolutely no damage to our home. He then went above and beyond explaining how we could dampen the sound in our condo as to minimize noise for our neighbours. Friendly, informative, experienced and professional, ultimately a six stars out of five for service!

They moved our massive, heavy (around 800lbs) upright piano from house to house very smoothly ! They were respectful of our property and careful in the houses. They were great to deal with. I would hire them again in the future. So much easier than finding friends to move the beast!

Wow! These guys earn every penny. I've used them twice now, once to move a turn of the century piano and lots of stuff into storage and once to move my husband and I into our condo.They're very careful with belongings and really easy to work with. Friendly and personable and fast. SO FAST! I recommend these guys for piano moves and residential ones.
