I would NOT recommend this company. The plant management is the worst I have ever worked for. The pellet plant is a non-union atmosphere that is very unfair to the workers. Experiences include cutting rates to crews without telling them, dismissal without any reprimands or proper disciplinary actions. The HR are unfair and don't follow proper protocols on behalf of workers feeling bullied. Job guidelines are constantly changing. Management's complete lack of proper guidance effects safety, morale and efforts of the crews. As a brand new plant the constant bandaid" fixes results in extended downtimes that will keep you at home rather than at work."
