The service here is great. The environment is clean. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The technician Nola technique she uses is less painful. The other locations are also good, but Young is my preferred location.

I have been a regular customer for 3 years. Then there was a situation during the Brazilian waх - they hurt me, there was a lot of blood, but I forgave them. And today, for the first time in 3 years, I was 15 minutes late - I was denied an appointment. Even without offering a transfer and alternatives, as a regular customer.They will smile at your eyes for years and be kind, but at the first emergency situation they will say: you are no longer my client, I will call the police right now, if you don’t leave. Nobody wants to listen, that i MUST HAVE this wax done today. They absolutely don’t care about regular costumers.

Jaclyn has been amazing both times I've been here - not sure what it is about her sugaring technique, but it's almost painless!

I just had my first laser hair removal session at Aroma Waxing Clinic and it was a great experience. My technician Stanka was professional and thorough. The treatment itself did not hurt at all. I had laser hair removal 6 years ago, and it was excruciating, but this was basically pain-free. I can't say enough good things about my experience. So worth it!Thank you Stanka and the Aroma Team!

Yonge Location: I wish I could give zero stars ….Very disappointing with their booking system! I booked an appointment on their online booking and normally they send email confirmation. I noticed I didn’t get one so I signed back in to their online booking to check for my future booking. I noticed it still wasn’t there so I called in. The receptionist said she didn’t see my booking and my spot was booked by another person. I’m very disappointed because I am a long time customer and wanted to start coming back after the pandemic. I’ve never experienced such disappointment and bad service from this place before until now. This is a big turn off to come back to use their services! And all the friends I’ve recommended I will definitely tell them about this experience so they know it’s not the same and pre pandemic. I will tell them I no longer recommend this place! Especially with prices going up, spend money where you would be appreciated and treated with respect!Also the receptionist was not even accommodating and didn’t even try to solve this issue. She basically didn’t care really - horrible customer service! She was the worst!

Got threading done by Dolores...just wow. Dolores took her time making sure everything I said I wanted was actually what I wanted. Never had this type of care and precision with anyone else I've done threading by!Nola is also great!! Got waxing done by her and she always does it really well - super wonderful experience!Consider me a regular!!

I have been coming to aroma for about 6 years now. The staff and service at aroma is wonderful !! I usually see Jaclyn and she is amazing, pays attention to what she’s doing and gets every hair waxed! Plus her personality is lovely !! Thanks to aroma for the great client experience each time :)

You will absolutely not find better bang for your buck in the city!! Gorgeous atmosphere, friendly & welcoming front desk staff, highly talented aestheticians, huge range of services. Only positive experiences here for me, 100% of the years I've been coming. Highly recommended!
