I love Pizza Pizza and this is the lowest rating I have ever given. Took almost 2 hours, requested well done and it definitely wasn't. When called they refused help me because apparently he couldn't understand my accent, I'm Canadian born n raised?!?

This place is hit and miss, good for a quick pick up. But I often have missing toppings on my pizza, this time missing the Goat Cheese on my Goat Cheese pizza. They are always yelling in foreign language when you are there. This place has been going downhill for years now, Pizza Pizza head office - come do a surprise inspection on this place. Also believe they are incorrectly making the super pan crust.Many times after placing an online order i arrive for pickup and items ordered are not available and I am forced to take a substitution i don't want - i would have ordered elsewhere if you didn't have what i wanted.

I only order from this location even if I have to drive 20 minutes one way just to pick up from this location. The guys that work there are very consistent with how they make my cauliflower crust pizza each time. It always taste great and the service is amazing! Kudos to everyone who work there because they are friendly and always provide the best service in a timely manner. Professional and very hard working!

BEWARE!!! Roaches infestation!!!This location is messed up. Cockroaches roaming over the food. See for yourself.(images attached). When notified to onsite person. He threw the food and cockroach moved to another pizza.. lol This is the last time I ever step into any pizza pizza location. Moreover, the guy making pizza not wearing mask nor gloves.Good Luck to all!!

I would give it a zero. They say they changed mgmt.its worst.!! Run by youngsters.. the dont use gloves.they touch by hand. Cash register and back to making your pizza. The guy sneezed in his hands and back at food prep. Disgusting !!
