Such an amazing service!! I had no heat and needed a new furnace. The guys came in took the time to explain to me the benefits of the new furnaces and energy efficiency. I ended up getting a rebate new thermostat and steam humidifier. I definitely recommend this company won’t be looking anywhere else for my have needs. Hope this helps cheers!!

In the past I've been reluctant to call just anyone to provide me with service in regards to heating and air conditioning. HEATWAVE provided me with the most professionalservice and customer care. Mike connected my natural gas bbq. He was on time, his price was very reasonable and he did a great job. He also fixed a leaning furnace vent in my furnace room at no additional cost. He was pleasant to deal with and he did great work. I would absolutely use his services again.

Mike and his crew, were quick, professional and thoroughwhen our furnace quit on Christmas Eve. He sacrificed time from his family to make sure mine was warm and safe for the holidays. When I had an A/C issue I didn't hesitate to call Mike in. Again he came through, and didn't go home until everything was working. He has a genuine concern for his customers, and it shows. I won't call anyone else.

Early one morning, I detected an odour in my house. Enbridge responded and tagged my meter. Enbridge left my house at about 4pm. I called around and the fastest a company could come to our house was two days later. Heatwave was able to come to our house that same day. They addressed the issue and got our gas back on.Four days later, we had our gas turned off again by Enbridge. Heatwave again responded quickly. I have a finished basement so Heatwave had to cut the ceiling drywall in numerous places. They spent hours at our place looking for a leak that did not exist. Heatwave was not satisfied until every stone was turned. They answered all my questions and while the job was frustrating, they remained professional. They even contacted the technician from Enbridge to help me understand how we got tagged. Another HVAC company was scheduled beforehand to install a pool heater and they validated Heatwave’s procedures and conclusion.Later that day, Heatwave called me to check to see if I detected any odours (I did not). I have come to trust Heatwave’s ability to deal with gas leaks and further, I can say they take pride in their work and that Heatwave genuinely cares about their clients. Not to mention, their pricing is fair. I highly recommend contacting Heatwave for any HVAC job. Thanks Heatwave!
