Custom Blinds by Design is amazing! From my first meeting at their shop with Catherine to our final blind install by Lisette, it was an awesome experience. Lisette is so knowledgeable about her products and helped us to choose the best blinds for our new windows. Love our “fancy” front window blind the best! Lisette is a pleasure to deal with and she dealt with the tiny issues we had quickly and efficiently. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and quality of the blinds that are provided by Custom Blinds by Design. Lisette was very personable and listened to the needs of our family regarding blinds. She was knowledgeable of the product and never pressured me to spend more than what we had budgeted. She explained the reasons why she suggested the ones she did. We had the blinds arrived before the date we were quoted and they were installed quickly with no issues. We have had them for about 5 months and absolutely love them.I would recommend them 100%

Lisette was great to work with and extremely helpful in picking window coverings for my new home, keeping in mind my desired style and budget. I'm very happy with the quality of the product. Installation was arranged for shortly after the expected delivery date of the blinds and went smoothly. Her assistant Catherine was very helpful when I called with questions or to make a payment. I wouldn't hesitate to use Custom Blinds by Design again.

Lisette is so amazing to work with! She is very knowledgeable about all her products, and makes tasteful suggestions. She’s conscientious about your budget and tries to find the best fit for your needs. Very flexible and accommodating with consults and installations (even squeezing us in Friday at the very end of the workday to install nursery blinds when I was overdue with baby)! Cannot say enough good things about her and Custom Blinds by Design!
