This place has the best Cinnabons! The smell of this delicious Cinnabon is very distracting! Never disappointed always delicious and fresh! Sweetness of the Cinnabons not too overwhelming just perfect! Staff members were very lovely and friendly! Must have place!

I'll leave this review before I forget. This Cinnabon is a very nice place to get a delicious treat. I don't treat myself often but I'm glad I did today because Grace (the manager) was able to make my day today with her exceptional customer service! Wouldn't have been able to tell it was her first day on the job :)

I had the best experience and amazing customer service from Grace who is the manager at this Cinnabon location. She went above and beyond with making my visit rememberable. Very friendly, outgoing and so understanding, she connects to you on such a personal level and even if it’s such a quick visit it goes such a long way in having a conversation with her. Thank you so much Grace you truely made my return visit so worth it!

I absolutely loved this Cinnabon location! The three employees working there were Octavian, Grace and Molly. They actually gave my boyfriend and I real customer service, which most stores in general tend to lack these days. The kindness and generosity they showed was so refreshing. Also the place looks very well kept and clean! All around great service and some very friendly sweet people. If you’re seeing this thank you guys! :)))

Delicious cinnamon roll! I loved everything about it except it felt a bit too sweet. The cream on top of the roll was rich and nice. I also got the cinnamon sticks which were good, but I wish it came with a dipping sauce. Overall, would recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth!

I have to say (which I rarely do) that this location is by far the best service, best experience and best tasting Cinnabon location. Grace and her team are always happy and excited to greet new customers and I have been lucky enough to be buying from them for the last month so I can get these for my daughters. Every time without disappointment they have presented me with superbly dressed and made cinnamon rolls. I can’t thank them enough as I travel from Mississauga to Waterloo area and out of all locations from Scarborough to here. The Conestoga Mall ran by Grace is the best in the GTA. Worth the drive every time. Thank you!
