I have been working at Samsonshield for about a year now and there is a lot that I have learnt from this company. Merit and competency are the indicators of success instead of buttering up your superiors in hopes to proceed further. Also the support has always been great and the company stands for you when you need them to.

Hi, I worked for samsonshield for one year few years back and they are super strict, controlling, not at all accommodating, throw all the unnecessary duties on u, pressurize u to work extra hours and if u refuse they will pretty much force u. Long and crazy incident reports. You have to be concierge , Security, tech , superintendent as well at many occasions. Pay is extremely low and there is no room for advancement. I don't think we can enjoy our regular life when u work for this company. It was a best decision to quit this company and join another one where I am doing really well now at a supervisor position.

I have worked with Samsonshield for five months. I appreciate all Supervisors and Senior Management. All are disciplined and hardworking. I also appreciate Samsonshield in that it is committed in promoting staff. I can say that it is also well organized. I am really grateful for the support of the person who was my immediate supervisor. If anyone is interested in the security industry, I think, joining Samsonshield will be an asset. I recommend working with Samsonshield for any serious person interested in the security industry. In my opinion, the drawbacks I observed in Samsonshield is not worth mentioning it here, because I have sensed that - it seems more or less common in the industry or similar companies.

Approximately eight(8) months ago, i started as an Security Associate at Samsonshield Inc and over the past months I have evolved as the new supervisor (ASD) at my site. Security guard working 125 red path refuse to let us up when tenant was out of town to turn the oven off as well as refuse to come up with us to turn oven off.Stood 30 min waiting for tenant to Buzz us in. Thank God the building did not burn down .Security guard should be fired tenant made it to airport and forgot.June 9 5:40pm
