Online store is great but the laval store is the opposite story. The employee I talked to and his manager were very rude just because I asked if they can match the sale price. The reviews speak for themselves.

I had excellent service at this location and also from the call center. They were able to find a replacement part for my 25 year old Beaumark oven, which is already a small miracle.The gentleman at the Laval location also made sure I had the correct part by asking questions about the old part and gave us detailed instructions on how to install the new part.Finally he was very transparent on the actual quality of an other item I was looking into and I ended up not buying it. So not only the new part price was extremely reasonable but he ended up saving me money!!I’ll definitely will buy there again and I highly recommend that store.

Not a nice experience at all! A man who welcomed" me was not very polite (I was not expecting him to be even funny). I was called 2 days before cause the piece I needed had arrived. When I asked for it

I ordered a part on Oct 5. Delivery promised for Oct 6. Called store twice on Oct 7. Store did not answer and was passed to call center. They had no information and asked store to call me. Oct 8 - store had not called. Again no answer on their phone in the morning. Call center sent urgent request for them to call me. I called late in the day and finally store answered. Said part was not sent from Toronto distribution center but it would come. Part arrived Oct 9.Part was correct. Price was reasonable. Delivery of 4 days was reasonable. Not answering phones, not returning messages and not following up with explanation of delay cost them two stars.

I ordered a part on their website and prepaid for it. They were supposed to call me when it arrives at the store closest to where I live for pickup. Never received a call. Months later I called the store and they confirmed they had received it. Every time I drove by it was after hours and never got the chance to pick it up. Today I finally drive by, stop in front and get to the door. It’s 5pm sharp. There was still an employee at the cash register and a customer with him. As I was going to pull the door handle to go in the guy that comes out takes his keys to lock the door, before he does so, I explain to him that every time I come here they are always closed and I just need to pick up the part I ordered months ago, which is already prepaid for. His response to me was: “it must not be urgent then!” And he locks the door in my face and leaves!!!! Now I understand why they have such a bad rating on Google. At your own risks.

Never buy anything at this store. Specially online. They are taking 6 months to say, oh sorry, we can't get it. And then you order online at amazon, next day you have the part. And they cancel the order and keep the money! Now, fight with your credit card company to get refund! 0 star on 5!

Reliable parts were very helpful in getting me to find the control box I needed for my Frigidaire oven this afternoon and an awaiting client also gave his input. Overall they nailed it as it worked after installing back home... Now I can cook that turkey!!

They don't say anything about their return policy, they tell you on the invoice after the purchase. No return accepted

My old Whirlpool fridge stopped working today. After reviewing some videos, and some troubleshooting, I was sure that my relay was the culprit. Few searches on amazon/ebay and parts websites gave me the part number I was looking for. So, rather than ordering it (would take few days!), I went to the Laval Reliable location. Was very pleased with my visit as the gentleman who was there that morning was nice enough to find for me a replacement (the part I’ve found on the web was unavailable) and with a little rebate so that I can pay the same price I was planning to pay anyway. Package was including a capacitor. My fridge is now back to life! And yes, I would recommend a Reliable store for their parts and also for their precious experience.
