Ross' Services - Towing 24/7 Dispatch Center

We've used Ross a number of times for our fleet over the last 7 years.Dispatch has given accurate arrival windows and staff have been friendly.One bill was considerably more than expected, otherwise everything has been reasonable.

Daniel was incredible, fast service, very accommodating, helped our older mother into the truck out of the cold before setting up the towing of our vehicle. Very professional and courteous. Smooth ride all the way home and held a great conversation to Comfort us through everything we went through tonight. He is definitely an Asset to this company. Thank you So Much for your time and help.

On Saturday Sept.25th. just before one in the afternoon my daughter lose control of her vehicle on the west bound on ramp from Highbury to the 401,The car a Honda civic slid on the wet road into the ditch to the right side. No real damage occurred and daughter was not injured.My Daughter contacted Ross towing who was located right across the highway not five minutes away . When speaking to their dispatch they indicated by the description of the cars location in the ditch that the cost would be about one hundred dollars.The OPP officer who attended the scene also indicated in his experience the cost to be anywhere from eighty to one hundred dollars.Attached is a photo of the car in the ditch.Ones the vehicle was brought back onto the road the towing services was done. The driver of the towing truck made out a bill for one hundred and sixty nine dollars and fifty cent . The cost of the towing was a surprise to my daughter being the info the dispatch indicated as well as the police officer. I believe that this cost has a lot to do with my daughter being twenty years old and a female.I attended the Ross office the following Monday hoping to speak to someone in management about this cost, The woman at the front stated the bill is the standard towing bill. When ask if its possible to speak with someone in management the lady walked to the back and returned minutes later to say all managers were out. I left my name and number as the woman suggested saying someone would call to discuss the bill.I received no call from anyone from the Ross towing company.

Never used any of their services and never will because one of their drivers blew a red light and t-boned me. The owner showed up and tried to make it out to be my fault not even asking how I was doing after his truck almost killed me. Terrible people running a terrible business.

Tonight my boyfriend Darryl and I had to call for a tow as we believed my cars brake had seized up and we were about 30 minutes away from home. We knew Ross was a good company to deal with, so gave them a call and Jesse (our tow truck driver) got there within 25 minutes. He was awesome. Started talking to us about the issue and as he started hooking us up, he tried to figure out for sure what the issue was. He went above and beyond to see if the issue was something other than a seized brake. Sure enough, there was a stone stuck in-between the heat shield which is what was creating the awful squeezing noise as we drove the car and stepped on the brake. He saved us a lot of money and made sure we left happy. Thank you Jesse for your awesome service! We will definitely be using this company in the future if we need a tow.

Fast and great service. Our car's started went, and Ross' came quickly and was able to bring our car to the repair shop! Great service.

Several towing companies didn’t even pick up the phone on Saturday afternoon. Ross Towing did immediately! Andy was professional, kind and assuring. Daniel came within 25 min and was helpful, very friendly, he knew what he was doing. We are super pleased with the service!

Brenan very calmly and kindly took my call and helped me to arrange a tow promptly. Carter did an amazing job towing my car out of an underground parkade under very tricky circumstances. Highly recommend!

Our vechicle broke down in London on our way to Toronto for a blue jays game. Dan the tow truck driver helped get us into the truck and was great with our 4 year old daughter! He made the 2 hour trip back home for us absolutely painless. He seriously takes his job professionally and we were so happy to have him as our driver to get our car back home to a mechanic. Thank you so much again Dan! We truly appreciated everything you did!!
