Place is a scam. First they ask me for distance in miles for my contract, then put it as kms so I got charged more for distance. They wanted to charge me $50 to clean the box I had swept, and the head office tried changing my drop off to Edmonton! Read your contract carefully, cause they will give you false info.

Paid the $40 damage waiver fee, Charged us after hours fee,for dropping it off on a Sunday when they are closed, when it was due on a Monday. “Too protect us “ in case it was damaged, from Sunday to Monday.I call that gouging.
