Same complaint as everyone else. Untrained and very rude staff. Expect you to know everything, asking questions feels like a burden. Not interested in anything but getting you out of there. She didn't even respond when I said have a nice day :(

I've been shipping at this location for 7 years. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. They have always done a fantastic job. The only issue I've ever had are the people who come in unprepared even during covid and expect the staff to package their shipments etc which gets annoying when the rest of us have to wait in line. It looks like those same unprepared people wrote negative reviews because they can't read the signs posted everywhere, that clearly state to have your parcels ready.5 star for this post office1 star for the people that waste everyone's time customers "Update: 10 years shipping thousands of parcels at this location. Still my go to post office. Great service and staff. Lots of the customers though...are useless."

I don't know who was creating your online form for international parcels, but this was done very unprofessionally. Half of the addresses in the destination City doesn't exist and system doesn't allow you free input. On top of that I got horrible customer service from the supervisor, who was complaining that she is doing someone else job and going to close the kiosk 2 hours earlier.2nd review: Staff is incompetent and rude. The lady on Nov 14th misled me with international shipment that resulted in over $100 overcharge in shipping fees. When she was asked direct question on why the same weight and size is now over $100 more, she said that this is new normal and prices like this are ok for a long time.

Dropped a parcel off and one of the edges of the box needed a 6 inch piece of tape. Cecelia the manager wanted me to buy an entire role, I asked if I could borrow a single piece from her. She reluctantly tore a piece off for me. I said thank you and she was clearly annoyed and said nothing as I smiled and left. Thanks for your help and sorry to put you out.

Nothing but a run around on the location of my parcel. They claim to have attempted delivery several times yet nobody at my place of business which has 25 employees has ever seen a Canada Post truck here! I have no idea why we keep funding this dinosaur called Canada Post. Let the private sector take it over. It would be run better and way more cost efficient.

Very bad service, it was their supervisor Barbara at the front in the morning when I went to send my parcel, she said me that take box from the side and see which one fits in it , put inside it, close the box and then buy the tape and tape it and give it to me. She was saying all this after I was asking her that what should I do now and how to do. She did not guide me in anything herself. When I took the box and gave and said that I want to send it in 3 day deliver then she’s like you need to send in other bigger box because we don’t see the size of parcel , you have to send in other bigger box only, no matter if it’s coming in smaller one because we send in bigger box for 3 day deliveries. She did not guide me in seeing the box size or anything and she was being very rude. There was line behind me and everyone was shocked the way she was talking. Then the lady behind me in line told me that go to dollar store get it packed from there and taped and send it from some other Canada post because she just gonna charge you for things for no reason. Then I decided to go to other Canada post but I had to buy the bigger box because I opened it so I took the box and went to other Canada post. Over there the guy was so nice that he packed the box and taped it and sent it. He did not charge me for taping or said me to buy the tape, he told me that I could have send it in smaller box too. It just took 5 minutes over there but with this lady Barbara the supervisor , she wasted my 30 minutes. She just wanted me to pay extra for no reason. She was not at all cooperative and did not help me in anything. After sending the parcel from other Canada post I went back to her and asked her name and for the supervisor. She told me that I’m the only supervisor here. According to me she is very bad example for people working under her because the way she will deal with people , that’s what people working under will learn, which is very bad. I hope that Canada post do something regarding this after seeing this review. I want that Canada post should send their own person randomly , without her knowing about it and see that how she deals with customer. I’m damn sure that she gonna fail it very badly.I went there early in morning around 9:15 on Wednesday , October 12, 2022.She said my name is Barbara and I’m the supervisor but doubtful if it’s true. I feel she lied to me for this also.

I have been shipping at this location for 4 years. I have seen how the public treat the staff and understand why, at times, the staff have to be efficient by not getting into the details too much about services and products. Reason being, the line-up, and all the people waiting, huffing & puffing, and wanting THEIR service. Two people can't satisfy 100's of customers in line, and on the telephone, calling in for shipping solutions, all the time. Lastly, the bad stuff is easier to believe, and people LOVE to post negative comments & opinions, as it helps them release their anger. The staff at this location are kind, and most importantly, they are people too. I have always had my concerns, protests and compliments, received well. Happy customer here, and my spouse too.

The staff at this location have been very good. Just don't ask them for anything extra to bind your parcel. Canada Post as a service gets a three star from me. Mostly because they don't deliver to my door instead they leave a ticket claiming that they attempted delivery and no one was home to receive it. On most occasions this is simply not true.
