Got a ROCK in my bean burrito here, which is not the first time they’ve messed my order up - they gave me a beef burrito before when I can’t even eat meat and I asked for bean, upon calling and returning to the store about this issue because I nearly cracked my tooth eating and biting into it the manager was absolutely unprofessional. She argued with my partner on the phone for 15+ minutes on not refunding the order and then only refunding the cost for the one burrito.Honestly, how do you get a rock in your food? That is such a health and safety hazard to which the employees and manager did not even seem to care about. They were so casual as to my complaint..Going forward with my complaint, corporate hasn’t even gotten back to me. Highly unprofessional and lazy.I guess it only concerns you when there’s a lawsuit on your hands.Anyhow, wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Went to BarBurrito for the first time here during the customer appreciation day. I got 2 burrotos for $5 each and they gave me a coupon to Baskin Robyns.The food is as you expect from Baskin Robyns, good, not amazing. But the service was amazing. The line up for burritos at dinner today was so long it stretched out the door spilling to the next store's doorway. It's been like this all day yet the employees are making conversation and doing amazing work.Great work to the staff there, you guys were amazing today. Today's customer appreciation day let me experience the food and needless to say I will be back!Manager give the staff a raise for how hard they are working!

This could have easily been a 1 star review. I ordered delivery online and waited over an hour before calling in and speaking to Curtis. There was a mix up with the orders and my delivery never went out. Curtis apologized for the mixup, re-made the order so it would be hot, and left us a note in the bag with another apology. When it arrived it was hot and delicious. Will be our new go to burrito place.

My go to bar burrito. They always make everything up to par. I like the touch with the crushed chips for the bowls. No one else does that.

Got the jerk chicken burrito. Lots of flavour, not spicy enough for me so I'll ad some extra next time. But paired with the pineapple salsa perfectly!

The girls working here, really know how to make a propa burrito/quesedilla. Hansi really has some extraordinary customer service skills and Monica was awesome at prepping my food, the passion shows itself.
