Steve's is the best. We have been customers for 20+ years without one complaint. If you're late getting your car out of the driveway, one pleasant phone call fixes it even in the biggest storms. Can't say enough good things about this service.

What horrible service! They never get to our house before 12 am and they finally show up our driveway is all cleaned out by us anyway. When I call them they don't answer their phone in a professional manner and when you ask how much longer it's going to be they just tell you someone is on their way, when really they aren't. I HIGHER recommend going with any other service then this! If I could go lower then 1 star I would.

Whoever the heavy set driver that does Chateau Estates is needs to go. The absolute worst attitude, and he very clearly does not know how to do his job. Half the time he spends sitting in the middle of the entrance to the park blocking people from coming and going then actually doing anything. Whoever the newer guy helping him is - amazing, polite kind and does a great job. The other guy we will be submitting a formal complaint to CAPREIT the next time he yells at a resident.
