We have hired this company twice and are extremely pleased with their work. First time for Kitchen countertop replacement and tiling and second time bathroom countertop. We had hired another person for the bathroom and stopped in the middle of the renovation to have Flow Form come in and finish for us. We especially love their attention to detail on every level. Their administration and all trades are great work with. If we require any renovations in the future we would absolutely phone them first.

Excellent customer service and installation. Job not complete until you are satisfied. We upgraded our laminate coutertops to quartz and a beautiful new sink.

The FloForm team in Kelowna was professional and helpful from our first coni to our last. From reception to Irina and Amanda in sales, to the site measurement and install scheduler, and then the installers (Ty and Josh) — it was great working with them all. I have no reservations about recommending them to my friends and family.

We have used FloForm for two countertop projects at 2 separate residences in the last year. High quality material and workmanship were evident on both jobs upon completion. The first job involved an elongated bathroom countertop with a 9' section then a 45-degree corner with an undermounted sink and then another 45-degree 3' extension. The accompanying backsplash and all joints were perfect. The second project had a few hiccups that both the front-end office staff (Alyssa) and the Design Consultant (Amanda) dealt with in an expedited manner that resulted in minimal delays, and again the end result was outstanding. As those who do construction projects/ home renovations are well aware of nowadays, there is usually an inevitable delay with supply issues, shortages of staff or simply a mistake being made. The FloForm team really came through for us and I whole heartedly recommend them. Five Big Stars.

I got kitchen and bathroom countertops. Irina was amazingly helpful and patient. She is also knowledgeable and will go out of her way to find the answer if she needs to. I was happy with my experience and with the product.

Impeccable Service! We searched everywhere across the Okanagan for countertops. The prices, customer service, and timeline didn't even come close to how incredible Flo Form has been. Amanda was quick and efficient with giving us our quote and making sure the countertops were in before our move-in date. (She exceeded our expectations by being 2 weeks early) . Within one day everything was ordered and Kats the installer was booked into measure. The countertops were installed today and they look stunning! I would recommend Flo Form to anyone!!! You will love working with them.

If I was going to do another kitchen renovation like we just did all over again, I would not waste my time going elsewhere to look for my kitchen countertops, I would go directly to Floform Kelowna. The reason for this is the prices are the best and the service is outstanding. We shopped around a bit when looking for our countertops, but everywhere we went it seemed like they did not have time for us, and in some places they only only wanted to service the big contractors, at Floform in Kelowna as soon as we walked into the store Amy Dainard made us feel welcome, she took care of us and she helped us choose exactly what we were looking for. During the installation process Adam Meier visited our house and measured the countertops, a couple of weeks later Josh and Ty installed the countertops and they are perfect - thanks again Floform Kelowna !!!

I can’t say enough good things about Floform, specifically the service and care provided by Amanda. You can tell she takes pride in her career. She was incredibly helpful when I was unsure of a colour to choose, and installation was quick! Couldn’t beat the price and efficiency. Highly recommend!

We used Floform through Costco and were extremely impressed with the quality and selection to choose from. Our counters arrived quicker then expected so that was a bonus and the installers were great and professional.Floform has exceeded my expectations and we have already recommended them. 5*!!!
