This is about the baseline location. The pizza at Milanos is very good. Lots of cheese (they don’t skimp) and good sauce. Delivery from them are always hot and fresh and just perfectly cooked. They’ve stayed reasonable in this crazy economic time. Instead of skimping on ingredients or options, they have upped their prices but kept the exact same quality. Price increases haven’t even been that intense and they regularly do buy one get one free deals on Uber eats. They’re open late and because they’re located in a convenience store they have more options than any other pizza place for drinks and snacks. It’s great. The service is okay. The young kids who work there are in high school and clearly still learning the service industry. That’s fine, but you can tell they’re learning, and it’s not always fun to be the one they learn with. The atmosphere is pretty bad but that’s typical of a lot of pizza places. Still gotta say it though. Not somewhere to sit down at. There’s one chair. They’re happy to let you sit and eat it’s just a little awkward is all.Overall, you should go here. They’re my go to pizza place. Cheaper than Gabriel’s and just as good in many ways. They are quick to learn you and even the younger staff are very kind, though sometimes shy.Thanks a bunch to Milanos baseline for the countless pizzas. Keep it up.

Been a customer for over 5 years, love the pizza a lot especially there great deals on the appetizers❤️ the flavour really blends in and has a good taste in it, they deliver really fast, and when they tell me to pick it up in 15 20 mins I pick the pizza up in 8 mins and it’s already done, GREAT COUSTMER SERVICE

Twice I have ordered from this Milano's via Uber eats. Both times I have vomited within two hours. I typically don't leave negative reviews but it's concerning how violently I'll I've felt after eating their pizza. Stay away.

Ordered chicken BBQ pizza. Not much BBQ sauce but so much onion I couldn't taste anything else. It was like biting into a raw onion. Also didn't follow note to remove an ingredient.

Customer service is -5 out of 5, the guy who works their Sunday mornings seems tired of life, his attitude is like he is son of Elon musk and the poutine he made was worst than montreal roads! I regret tipping while paying, never coming back and will request people to stay away.

Vegan Pizza is Impressive. Delivered fast and the lady on the phone was very helpful. I was nervous about ordering the vegan cheese for the first time because I love pizza and hate change. Overall really good pizza and the crust was one of the best I've ever had. I will be ordering vegan pizza from here again.

Prices are insane when you can never get what you order. 3x separate orders we asked for sauce ON boneless wings. Even asked for extra sauce. They refuse to listen. They give a tiny container on the side for all your chicken bites. My husband order a 6 piece chicken meal. The chicken is raw! And they threw in wings and counted them as their pieces. Forgot the marinara sauce for the cheese curds. Spent over 75 dollars and didn't even get what we asked for. I'm done with this place. After calling they didn't even offer us a discount on our next meal. We've spent so much money here over the years. Not impressed at all. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!!!

This place jacketed their prices to absurd levels. There's a milano's a few blocks away that's $5 less for the same pizza and still put love into it. Only thing they have going for them are the ingredients which the franchise ships to them
