The guy told me he would be here at 9 am. I took time off work for this then he calls me at 9:45 to tell me hes running late and he will be here between 9-12. Then he lies and says he never told me 9 am. I planned my entire day around this and needed to get back to work. I even went through the trouble of covering all my kids play area and the living room with plastic. What a waste of time!!!
