Travelodge by Wyndham Baie-Comeau

Excellent and friendly staff. They were quick to find us a service number for a tow truck when our trailer got stuck. Rooms were clean and very quiet. Beds were comfy. Close to shopping. One of the few good hotel experiences I've ever had!

Hotel is very outdated….it is obvious that no money has been put into this place. Rooms need to be updated. Elevator needs maintenance or replacement so it does not make all sorts of bad sounds. Service is excellent. Doors and windows need upgrading.

Accommodations were clean but an attention to detail in operations and efficiency are desperately needed. There are no controls for hvac in the room that are functional. There is a standup fan provided instead of air. It is therefore somewhat humid at various times of the day when it is warmer although I was there in September. The absence of a Do Not Disturb sign on my site or the typical fire escape map and rates typical posted in the room were nowhere to be found. The continental breakfast was lacking and although during the pandemic this is typical and dine in your room is the trend, this one had only waffles as a hot item, lacking even toast and jam. No flavored creamers either. And a warning, there is no night staff. I choose to leave at 4am on my mat paid day where check out was noon, but forgot something trivial in the room's refrigerator and found my key failed to function. If I'd gone to the pop machine, I'd have been in a bit of a pickle.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast included, not fancy but with multiple choices. Fast check in and check out (no need to pass by front desk).We passed during our road trip, all of us are satisfied.

This was by far the best experience staying at hotels on a road trip through Quebec. Service from the frontdesk staff and the dining room staff was top notch. The Continental breakfast selection was more than substantial.

Wyndham has let us down twice over now.. dirty carpets n washrooms. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Would not recommend

Good location. Appreciated the direct parking access on the first floor. Room also had another door that led to an indoor hallway. The sink was large and separate from the bathroom, which was convenient. Bathroom was outdated though and shower was leaking into the room (wet carpet...). Fridge with freezer compartment and microwave available in the room. Free breakfast to go. Nice stay overall.

cold room, AC is a decor, not for heating, asked for 2nd floor however go 1st ! .. no comment, no apology .. just handed me the keys ! horrible old bathroom (i will never use) .. i chose it because was expensive ! so i thought it is good.. really bad for me , never again .. i am freezing in the room !
