We were having issues with our in-floor heating and boiler. Kenton quickly found out what the issues and made recommendations. We followed through with what there were and he fixed not only the boiler but cleaned up mistakes the previous installer from another company had made. Very happy with the work and promptness in getting it fixed before winter. We will definitely recommend Problem Solved Plumbing to our friends

Technician called ahead of arriving, and arrived on time. We had a 75 USG hot water heater installed. They were polite, and efficient installing the new tank. Completed at a reasonable cost. All a good experience.

I really regret to contact this company regarding heating problem of my home. I assure heating area is not absolutely this company's special field. My heating problem was solved by the other professional company's technician. He diagnosed and changed battery of thermostat. At last it was solved. But Problem Solved Plumbing & Heating Ltd. charged $554 due to dispatch fee, furnace diagnostic and flame sensing rod. Furthermore this co. did not solve my heating problem. I have been screwed. Do not use this company regarding your heating problem. Shame on you.

Called to get a plumber out and Steph in the office was very polite and made the appointment booking very easy. Everyone at problem solved were great to deal with. Would highly recommend using them.

We've hired Problem Solved several times now and they've done a ton of work on our house. We've had others in too and Problem Solved stands way out as exceptionally good at what they do.They've replaced our 1920's vintage galvanized plumbing, replaced our furnace, replaced our hot water tank with a tankless system, installed a new tap and reseated a toilet that was installed improperly (and was leaking).We'll be having them back again! I really like their subscription system too, we're members now. Also, their guy Tyson was awesome and I know others there are great too. Give them a shot.PS - I love how much room we freed up by going to a tankless system. Our tiny old house has extremely limited space so this was a nice win, though there are other good (perhaps better) reasons to go tankless.

I had a failure of my 60+ year old furnace that wouldn't light or respond to the thermostat. The lady I talked to about an after hours appointment was very helpful and efficient and was able to schedule the repair for that same evening. This was actually my fourth call looking for service from others who shall remain nameless; first one was too busy and couldn't get to it for 10 days, so sent me to their preferred sub, who didn't return my call. The third try was to a number that didn't have voice mail, but I received a text shortly after to which I responded, but got no reply.In the middle of my frustration, Problem Solved P&H came to my rescue. Technician Tyson Burton was an extremely upbeat and positive young man who appeared to have knowledge beyond his years. He quickly determined that the issue was with the 60+ year old thermostat and changed it out for a new digital model which solved the problem.Problem Solved P&H is awesome and will now be my first call for plumbing and heating service in the future!Rob Wilkinson

after failing with 2 previous other plumbing companies, I finally felt in good hands with Problem Solved Plumbing. They did not give up until the problem was actually identified and solved. they were also the cheapest out of the 3 but had to work the longest to fix the problem. will call them again in the future
