They were out of certain products I was looking for, long wait time at the cash. There were only two cashes open plus the self-serve, but everyone had big baskets of groceries so they had to go through the open cashes

The staff is the best, helpful, kind, respectful. The managers seem like they are confused, too busy to be nice. Couldn't figure out the bbq gas tank exchange or how much it is. I hadcto give up and go somewhere else. One manager got upset at me for interrupting his manager meeting as I tried to pick up my grocery order for the first time. He responded with, oh

Nicely presented fruits and vegetables, and a good 89cent baguette but the store is difficult to manoeuvre with palettes and boxes left lying about leaving some departments inaccessible. Staff varies from pleasant, friendly and helpful to extremely rude and coarse. Would not recommend.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Good assortment of fruits, veggies, and other groceries. However, the selection seems to be inconsistent from one week to the next. They put Parsley in Cilantro packaging… just be careful when you buy herbs and be flexible with which fruits and veggies you want.

I've been coming here for over a decade with my parents and siblings. If you're heading to the Polish Farm aka Polska Farma, well this place is a fantastic last resort to get them groceeies before you run out of options on your way there. Nevermind the legendary convenient store, which is located at the famous crossroad with that red blinking light, aka Hinchinbrooke & whatever (look it up folks as I can't recall it at this time lol) but it's still an awesome convenient store, and so is that Super C, which has been a part of my life since it opened in (you tell me). Only 2 cashiers...have never seen both open. Have 8 self serves that close at 7pm. Line up of 20+ people get comfortable....they don't wanna pay for more employees.

We went today for specials and they had a price wrong. One of the managers was involved (Rachel)and it seems she is not the right person for customer service. On several occasions she is just rude and an out right B!$## dont ask her to do or help with anything she will give you attitude. It also seems that when you ask the young employees for something that involves getting info from her they cringe. If she treats customers like this I wouldn't want to work for her. Went back today and she was not the I dealt with another manager and was great service.
