Staff was great. With their help I had no problem finding exactly the kind of boot I was looking for (not work wear, btw), keeping in my style ... and, most impressively, in my size. 9.5, which is such a rarity in-store everywhere else that I've grown accustomed to settling for half-size larger or smaller in order to find what I needed. Def gonna be back.

Good from afar but far from good. Mark is a well know company with some decent deals. I’m writing however to do a review on their Denver Hayes shoe BOGO sale last November. I purchased 2 sets of boots from their boot selection. The one in question was the Katie combat boot size 9.5. I paid 83.99$ for them in the sale and bought another pair for $27. I have only used the combat boots. Within 91 days after purchase of the boots the heal stitching has come apart and the rubber soles have started to peel off from front to back. I tried to leave a review on the online profile for their boots but the system would not accept it! This boots are very comfortable, very stylish but are NOT made very well at all. Unfortunately I was only refunded 63.44$ the amount changed because of the BOGO nature of the transaction. Basically I had to pay for the other set of boots for full price, I haven’t yet started using them so I’m not sure of their true quality. I was able to return the first boots because it is Marks policy to accept return up to 100 days. Honestly though- take your money and time and invest in another better quality boot. These boots are cheaply made. I have half a mind to return the other boots and get the rest of the money back as I suspect the quality if not ultimates what I’m looking for. Cheap, poorly made but comforts comfy but not AT ALL built to last- that’s what these Denver Haynes boots are. Not worth my money. But if that’s what your looking for, fill your boots! Store service was so-so, this is why they got 1 extra star otherwise I would have marked it 1/5. You need a manager to reverse the transaction within 100 days. I wish I had taken a photo.

This is my go-to-mark store. Their staff are quite helpful they have a good range and selection of items. I do find that their discount area isn't as good as it used to be but they offer free parking and usually I can find what I need.

I went to this store and had a very positive experience. I was super happy the staff member I think Emma was her name she was very good staff member. Well done and keep up the good work.

Solid work cloths (both genders) is great for out-doorsey attire (heated/wick t-shirts, leggings, socks etc.. quite often has really good sales combined with excellent prices

Well stocked. Not many people on a Good Friday morning. Parking can be challenging.

First attempt to exchange an item that was the wrong size went badly — Mark’s does not provide the convenience of a paper receipt for online purchases, and this was a gift ordered from a different city. They also have no way of linking the delivery tracking number to the purchase.They also ignore customers who aren’t actually at a till, so you have to line up for a cashier if you have questions or need help.Second attempt, after I contacted the person who bought me the gift and got the receipt they had emailed her, I got a decent cashier/sales person who helped me find something that fit better.They have decent merchandise, but it would be great if they had a broader range of sizes in the store and more efficient return/exchange procedures.

This location has a great variety of stock compared to some (since its a larger location)It's very disappointing that there is no help when in the change room. You have to get fully dressed and go back out of you need a different size.... though the staff are very pleasant and friendly.Plus the parking lot is horrible
