Best shop in Owen Sound! I have bought some of my favourite shoes, boots, scarves, brooches, necklaces and handbags there! And they have resurrected some of my favourite shoes (and slippers) with fantastic cobbler services! On top of that, their collection of rare, unique and vintage footwear never ceases to amaze me! When you go in, make sure you look UP!

I love this little shop. Interesting jewelry pieces, nice shoes and a cobbler no less. Also, wonderful display of vintage shoes.

Took my pair of damaged dress shoes and got them back repaired, polished, and looking new for a very reasonable cost and with great service!

Great job on resoling a favourite pair of shoes. Reasonably priced. Ready as promised.

Needed a ski boot zipper fixed. I called alterations places, the original boot manufacturer, and even a sports equipment repair specialist--nobody would help me. Should have just called Dr. Cobbler first. Less than 24hr turnaround time, affordable price, and the boot is better than new (beefier zipper.)Hats off to Dr. Cobbler for being part of the solution, and not the problem of disposability. Let this guy repair your stuff.

I was in need of some repairs to a couple pairs of shoes, and WOW ! I had no idea what was in store for me when I walked through that door ! This shop is absolutely magical ! Found some incredible deals on their whimsical tights, paid for them and made my way to the exit. I was clearly on a mission going in and paid no attention to the unique and one of a kind purses, shawls, scarves (which I would use as a tapestry first !) gloves, boots, shoes...the list goes on ! Then I looked up....are you kiddin me ? I spent nearly another half an hour simply gazing at the talent shared by the cobbler and his sweet and personable wife. I took so long to leave, that he was able to repair one of my shoes before I left ! I can't wait until my boots are ready so I can go back again. It's my new favourite store in O.S !

Have had shoes and a belt repaired at Dr Cobbler and was definitely happy with the work. Also found an incredible new sandal that replaces my old Birken…. My wife and I always get great service and products from Ron and Camille.

My husband desperately needed boots today. We moved and could not find last year's winter boots. We knew it was going to be difficult during the lockdown. We contacted all the chain stores with no luck. Not one had provisions for an emergency.Mr. Cobbler took things in hand. We stopped outside the store, he had a pair of boots ready for try on, fortunately Mr. Cobbler can size someone up and, voila, a perfect pair of boots. No covid violations, just willingness and good old customer service. KUDOS to Mr. Cobbler. Have a prosperous year.
