Eco Choice was the fourth company that we got a quote from after being screwed around for months by the others. From the first meeting with Joe to the date of installation, it was smooth sailing with this company. They bent over backwards to ensure that everything was communicated well, and were immediately up front and honest about any supply chain shortages that were out of their control. Despite this, we still only waited a short time for our windows and doors to come in. The installation was professional and meticulous, with the team consulting us throughout the day to make sure everything was done to perfection. They cleaned up everything and left almost zero trace of ever having been here. We’ve already received multiple compliments on our renovation. Highly, highly recommend this company.

Everyone who came to install were very friendly. Job was done on time. Some of our screens needed to be repaired and they came back with the fixed ones. When we put the screen in the fit was off. Someone came out to help us out and was so friendly and helpful. Customer service with a smile the whole time. Only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because we are still trying to finalize our referral benefits.

The salesman Joe was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helped us understand the whole process. We absolutely loved our experience with Eco Choice. From the initial consult with Joe, to the final install with Nikita, everything was perfect. Anytime we had a question, Joe was right there to answer it. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our decision and ultimately our service.Leading up the install of our doors, the communication was great and we knew exactly what to expect. The install itself was impeccable. Nikita and his team did an amazing job of putting our new doors in. Our house was a challenge to get the new doors into, but you couldn't tell from the work. Absolutely great job.We compared a few door places and Eco Choice was the most affordable by far. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

We needed 3 floors of windows and a set of patio doors replaced and during the appraisal, Joe was excellent in understanding our needs and was thorough and considerate when making recommendations. We went with a mixture of casement, awning, and sash style triple paneled windows and a sliding patio door.On the day of the install, Andrii and his team were just as excellent, performing all of the install in one day, leaving the workspace as clean as it was before they had arrived. All the expected damage (minor things like paint cracking) coming from a brick-to-brick replacement of windows was kept to a minimum, and in some cases there was no such damage.Rachel and Laura at the office were incredibly courteous and willing to work with us to make sure that the scheduling of the install and payments was a pain-free process.I can't say enough good things about this company, and would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know that's looking for work looking to be done on their own home.

I had Eco Choice to install 6 windows and 1 sliding patio door. The quality of their products are good. Their installers were professional, and all the installation work finished in the same day (about 7 hours) despite the high temperature. The prices of the products and the installation are very fair. I will definitely ask them to come back to replace the other windows of my house next year.

We are very impressed by the customer experience we received from Eco Choice. The consultant made great recommendations, and worked with us to get us the best deal. We shopped around and Eco Choice definitely had the best value and the windows made such a difference. We love them! The windows were made and installed ahead of schedule, and the installation crew was courteous, professional, and worked hard. They did a fantastic job and we are so pleased. The only problem is that with such nice windows, we now have to consider upgrading other things around the beautiful windows--a good problem to have! Thank you Eco Choice.

We recently had the front door, patio door and windows replaced and we are thrilled with the final results. The entire team at Eco Choice was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process.
