Excellent experience at this store- Staff could not have been friendlier, I was pushed for time, and the seamstress was able to alter pants in a matter of minutes. On top of that, took them to pay to find out that they were considerably reduced as they were a previous season- a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this store and its very helpful staff

We had Connor as our salesperson. We went in for a sport coat for my husband and came out with multiple shirts, two coats and a pair of pants. Connor is the epitome of what you want in a store like this. Knowledgeable about current trends, creative in the choices he picked and great at suggesting both safe, and interesting options for the events my husband is attending. We will be going back in the near future for sure as he has now discovered some great options that we just love! Thank you Connor and please train other staff!

I’ve used Moores in Chatham for over ten years, and can neither confirm nor deny, just how much I’ve spent there - might have not disclosed everything I bought to the wifey :)I can say I’ve never had a bad experience, not once. I’ve dealt with different managers, and many different associates. Service is always on point, selection is awesome, and their selection is continually fresh. Best of all, I find their value second to none and have not once had a quality issue with a single item, custom fitted or off the rack.A well deserved and easy 5 star rating! Well done staff and Moores.* A shout out to the former manager Sara (sp?) who I now believe manages their Sarnia location - first class and a pro to deal with.

I have never had such amazing customer service before. Kenzie was by far the best customer rep I have ever seen. I went into this store looking for a dress shirt, and I tried on multiple brands and fits over the span of approximately 1.5 hours. Kenzie was extremely patient and cooperative the whole time. After one and a half hour of struggle, with Kenzie's help I was able to find the perfect fit. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

The jacket that I needed for my suit had to be ordered in when my size wasn't in stock, and had to be re-ordered when it was the wrong colour. It caused a delay to the alteration process which made it so that I could only pick up my suit one day before i needed it.That said, everything worked out in the end, I am happy with my new suit, and the employees were very helpful throughout the whole process.
