I have to edit my review due to a failure to due my taxes properly costing me 3500$ I paid you 350$ to just file my taxes and it was not done I called a year later you Rick would not speak to me your lady at the front desk lied to me and said it was done and I already talked to cra they said it was not I called you guys back and and your lady at the front insured me it was done I said I’ll call the cra again and ask I called again and they said oh looks like it was just filed NOW in return costing me 3500$ in late fees so I’ll be going back to my old review and telling people about the other failures you had a late wcb payment AND a late GST payment I really don’t know how you received the stars you did you are over priced and rude in person I will not recommend you as you have failed me 3 times I went to H&R and what you tried to charge me 1200$ for I paid 94$ thanks for ripping me off and failing to do your job
