Called same day for an easy ear lobe piercing and they were able to fit me in. Matt was amazing and explained everything thoroughly and just a great vibe in the space. Definitely contacting them for a tattoo!

Excellent shop.I've now had 4 piercings done here by Captain Matt. He is very professional, knowledgable and friendly, and always makes cleanliness a top priority. I've never had any issues with healing after coming here. Would recommend this shop every time for a great piercing experience!

captain matt did my septum piercing, and he made sure to go over every single detail (what is expected, why i’m having to sign certain things, how to clean/care for it etc.) it was a very painless process and the atmosphere of the shop was amazing. i recommend going here 100%

Went in because my daughter lost a ball on her eyebrow piercing. We picked cool new ends for her and Captain Matt put them on. Not only was he sweet and funny but her gave my daughter extra ends just in case she lost one again. The lady at the front desk was so sweet as well. Their body jewelry is super well priced and my daughter and I are excited to come back and have Captain Matt do our septums! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!!!!

Got my naval pierced by Captain Matt and that was my first time in the shop. He is incredibly easy going, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to explain and guide me through the process which made it significantly less stressful for me! The shop is very clean, organized and decorated with beautiful artwork and figurines. I will definitely be returning to him for my other piercings!
