We have been using Calgary Tutoring Centre for three years now. I can’t speak highly enough about Alex and the tutors that have worked with my daughter. The tutors are patient and encouraging – skills that are so important for a child that struggles with test anxiety and ADHD. With the challenges brought on by the pandemic (high school math every school day for 2.5 hours) my daughter wouldn’t have been passing math if it wasn’t for Calgary Tutoring Centre. I highly recommend them

We have been using the services of the Calgary Tutoring Centre over the last 2 years for several math and science subjects for grade 11 and 12 and we found the tutors that Alex provided to be personable, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful for test and diploma preparation + overall teaching support. Our child struggled in a couple of junior high classes. We tried to help out and tutor on our own for some time but as aren't teachers, we really didn't seem to be making progress. We contacted the Calgary Tutoring in January and they were able to help immediately. Alex placed us with a tutor that was a great fit for us and by the end of the school year, our child's recommended high school path/level had improved.Now our child is positioned to go into high school with a better understanding of core concepts and more confidence. Our daughter had one-on-one tutoring through Calgary Tutoring Centre for Chem 20 and Bio 20. They took time in finding a tutor that was a perfect match for her, in terms of personality, work ethic, and teaching strategies. We received reviews and suggestions from the tutor and also a follow-up from the owner, Alex. Communication with the company and the tutor was great! They provided additional support outside of regular tutoring hours, via e-mail and texts, which was extremely helpful. Our daughter felt fully supported by her tutor. Also, there was flexibility in adding additional tutoring time or if necessary accommodating some time changes. We felt appreciated as customers, and we intend to use there services in the future for our younger child as well. We highly recommend Calgary Tutoring Centre!

I have been very impressed with The Calgary Tutoring Centre. Both of my sons have benefitted from the support and expertise of the tutors that they have worked with. We have been clients of the center for 5 years and have had tutors for Math 10, 20 and 30, Chemistry 10 and 20, Physics andBiology 10, 20 and 30. The tutors are also very proficient in working with IB curriculum. In addition to their competencies in teaching and explaining concepts the tutors have been very personable and work toward building positive working relationships with their students. I worked for the Calgary Tutoring Centre this past semester and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. My students were often conveniently close to me, so I would not have to worry about driving long distances and could focus solely on helping them improve their grades. I have been with Calgary tutors for the past seven years, since I have engaged their service, they have exceeded my expectations. Our experience with Calgary Tutoring Centre was excellent. My child's tutor for high school math was very helpful and my child's understanding of the course work (and his grade) improved immensely. My student actually looked forward to doing math with the tutor and appreciated the way the tutor explained the concepts and made it easy to understand. I have been a tutor at Calgary Tutoring Centre for 4 years now, teaching math and physics courses ranging from high school to university level courses. It's a pleasure working with Alex, as he is frequently connecting me with students that I can help, and very understanding in what courses I am and am not comfortable tutoring for.
