After picking up a screw in my tire while on an out of province visit I was able to get in and tire repaired in exceptional time. Just one of the many free benefits Kal Tire provide after purchasing tires through them.

helpful front desk guys but very poor service by the mechanics, failed to balance the wheels i purchased from them correctly after several tries.. in the end had to return, they scratched up my original wheels putting them back on, I complained to head office and they agreed to get them reconditioned at their cost without any argument which I appreciated. Happy with the repairs to all 4 wheels but it took 2 full weeks (more the repair shops fault rather than Kaltire, but no car for 2 weeks). Just had car back from VW service telling me ALL 4 WHEELS were incorrectly balanced, with incorrect weights in the wrong places and would cause excessive tire wear fairly quickly, $90 to VW to re-balance all 4... Well done Kaltire Squamish, you really messed this up.. I wont be going back ever and Id suggest anyone who cares how their car is treated doesn't either.

l experienced great same day service, without an appointment. This was regarding a leaking tire on a road trip. I highly recommend Kal Tire in Squamish!Thanks again

Give Mikhai employee of the month award! I was absolutely blown away by his service. The tire check lights came on for my rental car and I was scrambling to get it fixed. Since they were fully booked for the week, the staff kindly suggested that I bring in the car early morning and leave it for the whole day. So I came in before they opened, and as soon as he saw me, Mikhai opened the door. He got to work right away on my car and fixed it within 10 minutes! I cannot stress how amazing this is. I thought I'd have to leave my car for the whole day and it would get in the way with some plans, but thanks to Mikhai, everything's right back to normal. He was also very good at explaining what was wrong with my car. That when the rental company put the tires on, they forgot to change the sensors. He checked all the tire pressure just to be sure. Now I know how to troubleshoot a tire check light. I'm very very thankful. Had to leave this positive review! Thank you Mikhai!

I was here for a tire change just 2 days ago. I had to make some last minute changes to my order from 4 tires to 2. Staff was very helpfull and patient in listening to what exactly I needed & worked with me to find a favourable outcome.

Just want to leave a note here that the manager here (I forgot her name) is fantastic. Had to replace all four of my tires (AWD vehicle) due to a sidewall slash on one, and she worked with me to get a really competitive price on the same tires. Happy to bring my business back here.

I was on my way down from Whistler to Seattle when I suffered a really gnarly puncture. My car has no spare and strange size tires, and I had my family in tow so without a fix we would have been in a tough spot. Kal tires took us in, in spite of having no appointment, and got us fixed up in short order. The staff were super kind and even helped entertain my dog and baby while we waited. I can't thank them enough for saving our trip and the day!!

I am so impressed with the thoughtful and kind staff at Our Kal Tire.My little sister was moving from Prince George to the Island to start her new life. She stayed with us for a night along with our elderly parents who were helping her move. She was already stressed to the max leaving Squamish when she heard a strange noise coming from her rear tires. Thinking she just had to have the lug nuts tightened she went to Kal Tire as it was familiar to her. She was overwhelmed when the mechanic told her she wouldn’t be able to drive it off the lot as it was unsafe, she would need a new rear axel.They were so kind and gentle as she was so upset.I can’t say enough good things about the way they treated her when she was in such a fragile state.Thank you doesn’t seem enough.
