If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Doctor Ross is a sadistic, horrible, old man. I was roughly 15-16 when I got the four of my wisdom teeth out and I told him in the beginning that as a very tall, and very aboriginal, person I needed more of the anesthesia (I/we metabolize a lot of medical things faster) and he didn’t care. I woke up at the beginning of the procedure and felt the ENTIRE ordeal and screamed begging him to stop the entire time. His assistant asked him to stop because I could obviously feel it and he got angry. The waiting room could all hear my pleas and screams. Do not go to this man.this traumatized me for life, he put me through literal and intentional torture. If he isn’t just a flat out racist than he’s a horrible person for other reasons

When I needed a tooth extracted, I was referred to Dr. Ross. The staff at the front counter were very kind given how busy they seemed to be, and the procedure appointment itself was a breeze! Dr. Ross and his nurse made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire extraction. While I hope I don't need any more extractions in the near future, if I do I'll be comfortable knowing that it will be a good experience. Thank you!

I have had many appointments from tooth extractions; to jaw surgery completed by Dr.Ross . The extractions were quick an painless; the jaw surgery, well; the outcome was as expected; but a life changing experience.His staff are friendly an professional ; and Dr. Ross has always been very informational on any procedure about to be completed; in as much detail you require to understand; or feel comfortable.His professionalism; knowledge and experience goes above an beyond.

I heard about Doctor Ian Ross from my aunt when she had her oral surgery. She recommended Dr. Ross for my wisdom teeth as she had an amazing experience with him. It was my first time having a surgery of any kind and I was extremely nervous. However, right from the consult to the end of the surgery I felt very well taken care of. Dr. Ross was very patient with me and took care of my complicated case. Dr. Ross is so skilled that I felt no pain all. I would trust him with any surgery and I highly recommend him for wisdom teeth. Hearing about the experienceshave my friends have had in the city and the valley,I very glad I had my wisdom teeth done by Dr. Ross!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Ross and he did a great job. Lots of information regarding the procedure/instruction on aftercare was provided prior, and I barely had any pain afterwards. The staff were also very friendly :)

Had my wisdom teeth extracted here. The dental assistant, a young women, did my X-ray. She did not give me a vest to protect myself from the X-ray or anything. Made me very uncomfortable. I was already on edge as I was nervous.Really bad practice. I also woke up during it. Not a great experience.

I had a broken tooth removed under sedation Aug 30/22 and am 73 yrs old. I am very nervous around dentists, but I was at the right place. Brin and Nick and Dr. Ross made me feel safe, comfortable and less nervous. What an awesome team and experience. Well done one and all. If I need any other procedures done, I will go here.

If they call the wrong phone number to confirm an appointment with you (ex. A relative with the same name) they will cancel your appointment because you didn't call them back to confirm the appointment. Imagine driving 2 hours in a snowstorm to have your wisdom teeth removed just to find out your appointment has been cancelled and you need to continue suffering dental pain because of their mistake.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ross about 2 weeks ago, and all the staff were fantastic. I was very nervous about the IV prior to the procedure, yet they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. In the end I barely felt the needle and it didn't hurt at all! I've had blood work done several times in the past, and the tiny pinch at Dr. Ross's clinic was much smaller in comparison. Thanks to all the staff for making the experience so comfortable!
