I've visited twice in the last 3 days...once because I was in the area and the second time because of the exceptional service I received!!! Lea is so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She brought my order out to the car without any hesitation and answered all my questions with eagerness and honesty. The second time I visited I met 2 of the other staff who were also amazing, friendly and helpful. We'll keep coming back to this location even though it's a little further from home!

I can't say enough about my experiences at this location. Special thanks to Danielle for her attention and her helpfulness with our very picky dog and his food issues. This location has gone out of their way to locate product for me, and to explain product benefits to help me make appropriate choices for our dog.Thank you so much, you guys are fantastic!

Inviting, clean and comfortable place to spend time. Good selection of quality cat foods and scratch towers. I bought alligator and pork cat food for my guys to try. Nice staff. Ample parking close to the store, and is near transit stops.

This store is a standard pet valu, has a wide variety of items for sale. I do find however this place tends to be cheaper than other stores with the exception of pets smart for some items. The staff here is friendly and for the most part knowledgeable about different foods and snacks. It's also close and convenient- with parking usually available and doesn't seem to every be overly busy.

The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The Scottish guy, sorry don't know his name, helped me get a 40 kgm bag of cat litter to my car on account of my twisted ankle!.. ..they truly care about the pets that they attempt to adopt out, and I enjoy going to any pet store because I feel anyone who works in one genuinely love their job.

Staff are very helpful and friendly at this location. Well stocked (we love Acana food and are happy they carry it!) but if they happen to be out of something, they go out of their way to figure out how they can find you what you need. Really appreciate the delivery service offered by PetValu.The only thing I would mention is that in the past, some staff were not able to help me when I was looking for specific kinds of food for dietary restrictions; specifically, poultry-free dog food (wet and dry) and wet food appropriate for diabetic cats.

Good store but the bags they give out are cheap junk that fall apart the second you leave the store no matter how you hold it. Good luck to you if you forget your own bag and have to walk for more than 5 mins with their junk.
