I have been trying to reach Lavi for the past 3 weeks he does not call me back or email me. I'm very disappointed for which he says he fixed my scooter but I'm having issue which I belive he does not want to deal with. I have left many messages with the secretary but yet still here waiting for a call or something. It's very unprofessional on their behalf to treat me this way. I have been very patient with them so this is why I'm writing h is review. Hopefully this will reach them n finally get back to me so unfair.

I recently purchased a lift chair for my elderly grandmother from In Motion Services. The team was not only professional but also extremely compassionate. They took the time to understand her needs and help us choose the right model. The chair has drastically improved her quality of life, and she is thrilled with the new-found independence. Great experience renting a mobility scooter, from my first call for information right up to the collection at the end of the rental. I had an issue with my charger at one point and they had someone out first thing the next morning, and even added a couple of days on to the end of my rental to make up for it. I will be purchasing a scooter soon and will definitely go with In Motion.

I was impressed with their wide range of options, catering to different needs and budgets. The scooter we purchased has been a lifesaver for my dad, who has been struggling with mobility issues. This company was better before Covid but now they have terrible customer service. They don't call back and will come with then want. My client faced so much stress just trying to get her scooter assessed and a new battery. Our special community needs to be treated better.

I used to rent two electric scooter from here for my parents and I am 100% satisfied. Nice staff which carefully listen and help you to decide correctly. One of scooters encountered problem after 3 weeks and they replaced it easily for me with another great one. My parents enjoyed these scooters during their stay as they were able to move around actively and independently
