It’s all about Mehak! If you go here, she is who you want to deal with.I show up everyday after the gym to get my protein shake (Nott’n Better). But a few weeks in my stomach was consistently upset after my shake.I told Mehak, and she thoughtfully suggested I reduce the skim milk and replace it with almond milk. We came up with a custom blend and ever since then, I’ve been able to enjoy my booster juice again (and muscle gains again).It’s hard to find someone who cares. Mehak cares. She makes Booster juice (a chain I would otherwise avoid) a place I don’t mind spending $10 a day!Thanks Mehak your a superstar!!

There was no line up. The cashier wasn’t helpful, seemed impatient and got upset when i wasn’t using the debit machine proper. She was expressing Frustration. I asked to add energy boost and she didn’t add my request. The other staff member was friendly and service with smile.The order drink was good taste. The food counter and display was clean.

If I could leave no stars I would, I just came from booster juice in metro town I asked them if they were closed they said yes and right after I walked away a girl who was not black came and order 2 smoothies, I waited close to the pound cake bakery and watched just to make sure that I wasn't misinterpreting things. I confronted them on it and they said they were closed for juice which is funny cause I wanted a smoothie not juice. You'll need to get better employees, I am not calling it racism but at the same time if the shoe fits.

Awful customer service. Lazy workers. They close the cash till 1 hour before closing just so they can leave sooner. Even the customers behind us wanted to pay cash and got turned down.

Rameek - the self claiming “supervisor” who was okay with us putting this review and not helpful - really needs to learn some customer service. Please learn to speak to customers and help them resolve issues. If two customers are saying they had ordered a drink without APPLES. I believe they are not making it up - I am sure we dont come there to order a drink just to create a scene and tell you we didnt want that in our drink. I am sure we all go through alot in our daily lives but when you are at work, please leave your attitude aside when speaking. Remain professional. At workplaces, we are all taught to speak to customers nicely and provide good customer service. If we have PAID for something, we expect to get what we paid for & not to compromise with a drink we didnt wish to order - also to get free attitude with it. Also, I know mistakes happen and that is fine, but you were not wanting to solve it that is the problem. If you didnt want to make another drink then why not refund it. Even your co-workers were agreeing to remake the drink then what was the issue? Anyways, if you are actually the supervisor I hope your store has a better manager and I hope they review how a customer service should actually provided. Learn how to behave and speak - telling a customer “please open your ears next time” isnt the best.And thank you for wasting our 10 minutes arguing only to give us what we asked for. Although it might not affect your store, me and my family will never be returning your store.

The the owner of this Booster Juice branch Mtown, vheck your workers because the cash transactions are not being punched in tonight was there at 6pm Jan 8 2023 Sunday. I made one Red Sunrise cash purchase gave her $20 and got a change. I did not see her enter it to the till. Then I got another one after 15 mins a Green Hornet cash again no receipt. I asked for a receipt. Then she entered it because I asked. Supervise your cashiers. Dirty hands doing juice and cashing. Bad.

Wow this place has gone down hill. Got an original smoothie which tasted more like juice then a smoothie they must have put a insufficient amount of ice and must've been someone new making it. I don't know who or what made this chipotle chicken wrap but my 5 month old daughter could have made a better wrap with a blind fold on. My Chicken wrap came in a oversized bag, it was super saggy, not nearly cooked enough and literally 90 on the wraps contents were sitting at the bottom of it. Yikes, will not be returning. Highly reccomend jugo juice a 2 minute walk away.

The franchise owner (or manager?) here at this location is a gem - my favourite drink from booster juice (sonic soy/sonic boom) has been officially taken off the menu for quite some time now but he always accomedates and is able to recreate the drink with the supplies they currently have. I have visited booster juice more in the past 3 weeks than I have this entire past year and it's 100% due to this gentleman doing what he does to satisfy customers' orders. Thanks again!

Went to Booster Juice at Metrotown today as I have been for years. One of the employees was talking without a mask on until I came up to the counter. She touched her hair, pulled her mask over her nose, took my order and MADE MY DRINK WITHOUT EVER WASHING HER HANDS. Just that blatant disrespect for hygiene was a total turn off. I am very disappointed, especially during a pandemic you would think their employees would have better self awareness of basic food safety practices. I won’t be consuming the drink I paid for. Would not recommend, who knows what they do when costumers aren’t looking.
