These gentlemen came to my house, fixed my hot tub very quickly and professionally. I also appreciated the fact that they came out and worked in the snow and cold. They advised me of the servicing my tub was required and needed in the future. Absolutely no pressure to do it right now, I appreciate your crew and the communication provided by you guys. Bought this wonderful Hot Tub at Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi in Barrie.It was the best decision my wife and I made.It is very easy to maintain and it brings a lot of relaxation when you have used it.Would highly recommend this company as they will walk you through everything on the benefits, operation and maintaining your Hot Tub for many many years of enjoyment.When we did have a minor problem the company was quick and fast to come and fix the problem which was under warranty.So again Fix My Hot Tub Barrie I would highly recommend.Very profession courteous staff.

Booked an appointment with a 2 week wait time, to receive an email on the day of the appointment that it was cancelled with no reason. Had to call to figure out why - apparently if you have a Caldera brand hot tub don’t book with this company, as they don’t service them. Would have been nice to know beforehand so I could have looked elsewhere. Not impressed.

What a wonderful experience with Matt Yule. Truly a genuine guy and very knowledgeable. Grateful for the help and the tips to keep our J-355 in top shape. Jacuzzi really lived up to its warranty and got what we needed fixed in such an efficient manner. Thanks again!

Service was excellent. Made appointment Online and received confirmation. Recieved an E-mail day before confriming expected service time within 3 hour window. Service rep called when he was 20 minutes away. Checked hot tub and determined it was only an internal fuse that was needed. He did NOT try to oversell anything. On the contrary he provided some helpful advice. Will definitely use Fix My Hot Tub Barrie" if / when any future service is needed!"

I’ve been nothing but 100% satisfied! Booking online is easy and getting a timely date is pretty solid. Our particular service technician, Paul, has been outstanding. On our first visit he researched our tub and made sure everything was under warranty! That was amazing. He let us know when he was half an hour out. Then depending on how busy I was at work he either communicated by phone or by texting. He listened to my non-technical descriptions and made all the correct repairs or adjustments as needed. At the end of the service, Paul, called me up to make sure I had all necessary chemicals to keep the tub up and running smoothly. Had my first Silver package treatment by D Caldi this week. He worked hard in the terrible weather and provided easy maintenance tips for me, moving forward. He suggested some new products and wasn’t overly pushy about it, but he explained how much easier things would be and I appreciated that.

When the repair guy came out, he explained everything in depth! He answered all my questions about my hot tub even though they didn’t pertain to the issue I was having. He was very knowledgeable, did not rush when I asked questions and made sure I was satisfied with the answers before he left. When he left I get more confident in the upkeep of my tub to ensure I can avoid any issues. The tips and tricks he told me to avoid issues were very helpful!
