Nails for you were absolutely fantastic with my daughter the service was great and the staff very friendly! Also my daughter had her nails done on Monday, and kids being kids her friend broke one of her new nails. We went back today to get her nail fixed. They were happy to fix her nail and they did not charge her. We will always be going here from now on.

Tracy is the best! I am so particular about my nails and was hesitant to try a new place. Highly recommend!

Gone to Nails for you, and had experienced the worst nails I have ever gotten. I had asked for bio gel and this was my end result. I wanted something like this picture. Staff talking in their own language after I would say something, I felt very embarrassed. Quick and rushed service overall.

I highly recommend John and Jen for pedicures they are great. I always go here to get my toes done.

Love this place. They get me in and out quickly which is good for my back. I can't say enough about this place. So happy every time.

First time here. Greeted and seated in timely manner. My girl was nice, quiet and spoke to me in English. The negative is the jabbering in foreign language in front of customers. I find it rude.

Terrible experience! I had a paraffin wax pedicure done. First off, the wax was scorching hot, and It burnt me where I thought I'd be leaving with blisters around my ankles. I kept telling them it was too hot but they did nothing but keep asking me if it was ok while squishing the wax more around my foot as It was burning more and more!Secondly, 2 staff argued with me when I asked at the end when do I pick the color? They insisted that I said I want clear lol never have I ever had clear polish when I've had a pedicure. So then I got attitude and had THE WORST polish job. They put the layers on so heavy that even after almost 2 hrs, all the polish had damaged and never would have dried. It's not even a week later and my toes look atrocious! The clear coat didn't even last. The color is dull and all peeling and chipping away. Never ever again! And reading reviews now with employees speaking their language about you is exactly what's happening. We aren't stupid as customers and they need to be mindful of their discussions amongst each other. Super unprofessional!

This is my first one star review, I work in the beauty industry so I’m very understanding of customer service/expectations and am very forgiving and patient with service providers. When I moved to Ancaster two years ago I needed a new nail salon as I always have gel nails and get gel nail fills. A few friends recommended this salon and I had been decently happy with the service until today.Today I asked my nail technician if she had heard of a nail colour specific trend and showed her a picture, only to be laughed at by her and the surrounding employees as they also made comments in another language and continued to laugh at me. It automatically made me feel SO embarrassed and foolish in front of the other customers as it was busy and they all turned to see what was happening. I was honestly shocked at this response as I didn’t ask for anything funny, just showed a picture of chrome nails.I should’ve left. But stayed as I already drove to this location and am familiar with it. After the embarrassment, the nail technician kept rushing with the drill and actually made me bleed twice as she drilled into my skin outside two different nails. She barely apologized, and then continued to drill in the same manner that just caused me to bleed twice …it was honestly difficult to sit through.I don’t see responses from the owners to the other negative reviews, so this is likely to be disregarded by them. But as a customer, and someone who understands basic customer service, I am highly disappointed and am encouraging others to choose another nail salon in the area.

I’ve gone here many times and have always had a good experience and received a good mani/pedi, brow wax, sometimes a leg wax. I have ingrown nails on my big toes which have always been dealt with easily here and at other places. I went today and asked that they be clipped and they told me to see a doctor. These ingrowns weren’t anything crazy, I had a pedicure 3 weeks ago. Once they told me no and I asked (politely) why, everyone then spoke about me in front of me which felt awful. I asked to just finish the pedicure without polish skipped the manicure and went elsewhere. Will not be back and would not ever recommend.
