We have always purchased our mattresses from Sleep country. Dan is an absolutely fantastic sales consultant. He is knowledgeable, courteous, patient and has a fantastic sense of humor. He somehow managed to entertain us through the whole process. He will help you find the best mattress and make sure you are looked after from purchase to delivery. As a Chiropractor I highly recommend my patients come to Sleep country and always ask for Dan.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a bed at the home show two weeks ago and had to finalize the order. They have a great selection or beds and mattresses. Mike was helping me out and was great. I will be back to get some pillows.

Picked up a couple pillows for my wife and I.Ask for Dan (or dave- sorry I forgot your name). A professional but humorous, definitely knew his stuff and was patient with us trying and asking a bunch of questions. He also gave us info on our purchase 7 years ago.

Mattress is one of those things we would never purchase online. When we decided to get new beds for our new home, Sleep Country at Fairway Rd S in Kitchener was our first stop in the plan. But thanks to Paul Buckley, the sales consultant on site at the time, we found our new beds and put in a purchase order right on the spot. Paul is an excellent salesman, no doubt. But most importantly, we trust Paul. He is very knowledgeable about the products. He invited us to try on different beds, listened closely to what we need, answered all our questions and assisted us to make the right practical choices. We could tell he genuinely had our best interest in mind throughout the process. We truly appreciated and highly recommend Paul’s service.

Our mattress purchasing experience was very satisfying and uncomplicated. The Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Even when we changed our minds - twice, the changes were handled seamlessly with no impatience toward the Customer (Us).

Got a great deal on a mattress, 2 pillows, and sheets, and they were even delivered early but the delivery drivers did not have any shoe protection for indoors like the website states they would so there's now salt and slush on my rug. The pillows were also not even on the delivery drivers list of things to deliver and customer service said they're probably back ordered but I wasn't made aware of that so now I have 1 regular sized pillow for a king mattress until customer service figures out what happened to my pillows.
