They encourage teamwork between therapist and patient to continue healing at home with strengthening exercises,stretches and relative recommendations. I highly recommend Preston Physio. They have been instrumental and helping me regain my function in record time, from 2 knee and 1 hip replacement in the past 2 years. Steve and his team are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and patient, they ensure you understand the treatment and the plan as well as, what you need to do to protect the affected area. In addition, they have treated me for migraines, pain etc. I have been to other Physio’s, they can compare to the support, service and care provided by this team.

I suffered pinched nerves in my neck radiating into my left arm causing extreme pain. Steve is amazing. It took several visits per week and a few weeks of treatment but the results were excellent. I do have a bit of permanent damage but it would have been so much worse without Steve’s knowledge and years of experience. Thank you Steve. I highly recommend your services

I came her on March the 15th with a knee replacement my 2nd. Had to get physio. Monil worked on my knee for 2 months. He pretty much did what we could with it. Stretching and acupuncture. The healing is mostly on the inside and only time can heal that. Time in this case as in all, is God doing the healing. Physio can only do so much but it Most certainly helps.The location here is great. This business is never busy or rushed like others I have been to. You can have the gym to yourself and not have to rush. If you wish for a quiet non rushed physio then this is the place to come to. Update Jan 12th 2022. Had my surgery with Dr. Pook on Friday August 13th 2021 He said things were worse once he got in there. Many tears. Started physio at the end of August with Monil. Stayed with him till the end of the year and he went back to school in Hamilton. I am now with Sinau who I have had before. He changed the routine by one exercise by stretching out my right shoulder to get the scar tissue out of there. After just one treatment I could feel the difference and see it when he stretched. Monil might not have thought to do this? My shoulder has got better in the last week. Sinua thinks I am about a month behind where I should be because this treatment that he is doing was not being done previously. We are quickly catching up. There is some pain after treatment but it goes away. May 1st still going for physio on my right shoulder. Sinau has done wonders for it. He is also the secretery there after Lisa leaves. There have been times where I have had to wait up to 20 minutes for him to come back as he is tied up on the phone. I don't think this is fair to him and the customers have to wait sometimes. The great thing about this establishment is that you are not rushed. Will continue to come here. I enjoy the gym as you can work on your entire body.
