If you shop here don’t leave your bike locked up out front in the bike rack.My bike was stolen right out front 10 feet from the door in less than 10 minutes.And guess what, Shoppers doesn’t even have a surveillance camera than overlooks the bike rack provided for customers. This makes the location an easy target for the MANY street urchins that congregate beside the store (I later found out).Manager Andrew begrudgingly reviewed the video he did have but told me he “has a business to run” and therefore couldn’t commit any more time to my $3k loss.

Amazing pharmacy staff, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Big shout out to Alex and Wade for their great customer service.

I have given this shoppers a few chances today was my last visit, I will not spend any more time or money here.Self check out only option to pay, had cash was able to get female manangement to check my order through, not friendly. Paid left only to discover 3 items were overcharged. Felt like I was an inconvenience when I went back in. Checked tickets and they were expired, she did adjust them but was more concerned with other people in line then getting my order done correctlyPoor customer service

Charge you .35 cents for a plastic bag and then have none and don’t give you your money back. SCAM & I’ll shop at Pharmasave from now on

Kudos to Preet who was working yesterday. She very kindly spent time helping a senior gentleman secure his purchases which included two cases of Pepsi on his walker. I am also a senior and she made sure that my bags were evenly distributed so they wouldn't be too heavy for me to manage. That is the kind of personal service you can't get from a self-service check out. Much appreciated.

Every time I called in to get a prescription filled they say ‘Yes’ we willHave that ready and Every time I go hours or days AFTER that advised time , it’s NEVER ready. I then have to go back a SECOND time or wait half an hour. What’s the problem???? Terrible system. 3 contacts for one refill?

Today’s shopping experience was fantastic! We visited the Shoppers Drug Mart Cosmetic counter to inquire about a few new products and select our items for Spring. We were fortunate to have Caroline, Cosmetic Manager assist us! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and provided superior Customer Service! Caroline helped make this experience enjoyable! Thank you once again! We will be back soon!

Although this is a very busy pharmacy, they're knowledgeable & friendly. The disgruntled people are impatient it makes me wonder if they realize what a great, essential service the pharmacy staff provides in the midst of the chaos.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years because it's close and they always have my prescriptions ready in a timely fashion.But I've got to say that Noah has taken extraordinary efforts to to ensure my health and has taken care of me personally. He even called to make sure everything was clear and that I could always call them if I needed them.Hands down the BEST customer service ever!Thank you lakeshore pharmacy team and especially Noah for taking such amazing care of your clients.Nowhere can even compare!Thank youChris

Edit to add - the absolute worst pharmacy to deal with. Pharmacist told me my prescription would be ready to pick up on July 21st but because of previous issues, I call to confirm at 11am and am told that they don’t have it, and won’t be ready until 5pm. I inquire why I was given a print out of the prescription and that it’s been billed to my medical if it wasn’t going to be prepared without me calling in and I was hung up on. I will be moving my prescriptions and I caution anyone reading these reviews to NOT fill their prescriptions here. Completely unprofessional & rude.Not the most ideal Shoppers to get prescriptions filled. All others have filled faxed in prescriptions efficiently. I have had nothing but issues getting prescriptions filled here. Either they don’t have the fax or they don’t fill the prescription without me calling in to request that it be filled. What’s the point of my doctors office sending the prescription over if you won’t fill it without me calling in? I’ve wasted multiple unnecessary trips to pick up prescriptions to be told they aren’t filled and to come back in AN HOUR AND A HALF. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy to avoid the hassle.
