Printed a shipping label for which they charged me 2.50. Asked for the receipt and they gave me a receipt mentioning 1000 cards. Scamming ppl for pennies. Worst part is that they are using ups's brand name to scam ppl. Do not encourage them

How can it be closed on a weekday after 9 am ?? The open hours are to be followed if you carry brand name! Or it just shows that UPS is by far the worst choice in my area, even store don't open at correct time.

It pains me to give a small business 1-star but today's experience warranted this.The new staffer was absolutely unhelpful and had zero customer service skills. He walked out on me and simply did not want to provide any assistance hoping I would magically disappear from the store.I tried to be as understanding as possible and the cherry on top was when the new staffer called who I assume would be the management team, he tells me they wouldn't accept my package due to COVID while two other customers came and went dropping their packages off. Just wow. The amount of five star reviews is absurd.

The two men I spoke with were absolutely exceptional. They were both very friendly and very helpful, today Meraj took almost 2 whole hours out of his day to work side by side with me after a confusing mix up. He made a very long and difficult process as pleasant and easy as possible, I appreciate it more than I can express in just an online review. Thank you so much to Hasan Yusuf and his brother Meraj for being so patient and involved. I am thrilled with the customer service I experience at this location, and the Ford Dr. location in Oakville.

goodEdit:I was at this UPS the other day and used their computer to login to access my email to print something. I made sure I logged out.Today, I received an email that I had written a review (above) and provided a 5 star rating, but I never wrote one for this store. Turns out they used my personal email to write a 5 star review for themselves. This is a huge privacy concern. Please be careful when you use their computer to access your personal email. I have reported this business and ensured to change my personal information. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE.

Discremental and unpleasant experience: I was the second in line and the UPS service personnel was chatting with a woman for extended time. I was waiting patiently without making any comment or gesture.When it is finally my term, the personnel said to me: Quick! I need to get off work!I think this is just very discremental and unpleasant. I will try to avoid this site and recommend others do the same.

Very rude lady who works inside. Whenever you speak the first things she mentions closing time which is always half and hour before normal time. It’s been a weak my parcel has not been delivered and like a ping pong ball I’m reaching this office who has no idea if driver has it or they have it in their mess. Plus they know we are working ppl and everytime cannot reach half an hour early. She knew we were coming as we called and closed. The lady was inside and saw us but did not open even though in the afternoon said package is near her doorstep. We called her inside but she did not pick up the call. Is this rude behaviour? Using our fuel, time and energy she had no value of our time. Very sad, very depressing. Such ppl should not be working in customer service field who do not value the time and emotions of their customers.What a poor first experience

Picked up a package for my partner Saturday Morning. The person working had a huge attitude problem. I understand that it can be hard working on the weekend, you'd rather be with friends or at home playing video games, but I greeted you warmly and was met with this , Why are you even here?" Attitude. I would understand if I karened out on you

Generally a good place but if your hours say 9-5:30 on a weekday please don’t open late. I waited for 10 minutes and seen 3-4 people try to open the closed door. This isn’t the first time this is happening and it very easily ruined my morning. Change your hours to a more realistic time to your arrival so others are not wasting their time.
