But they're on my break for lunch which I only have 10 minutes to grab a sub real quick cuz I'm diabetic and needed to eat. Ask the girl with the bun was fresh and she said yeah it soft inside got back to work to eat it and the bun is crusty and hard she did offer me another one but I said I would trust her cuz she said that it was soft

I normally have the best subs from this one and it’s my favourite but whoever was working tonight made me the absolute worst sub I have ever eaten in my entire life. I may as well have told her to but Mayo into a bowl with a spoon to eat. My bun was coated on the outside in sauce.

students working need some improvement. ordered meatball subs on two occasions weren’t toasted when i asked, second time i asked again before paying that it was toasted said yes and it wasn’t. then tonight i made an only order two subs with extra cheese and both had none. been loyal but probably won’t be back anytime soon.

The sandwich was great but the 5 stars is really for the service.I had my 2yr old with me and I asked if they would put some cucumbers and tomatoes on the side for him. They cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl with a lid and added a pack of crackers for him. They put it in his own little bag too.Let me tell you I had one happy kid ! He was so proud to walk out of there with his own special little lunch! And I was so happy not to have to worry about breaking things into pieces etc in the car.Definitely made his day and made my day lots easier!

I was in this evening may 21 2023 to buy 2 subs and a rice bowl the service was not what it should of the girls behind the counter would not listen to me when I said a little bit of topping and the just piled them on which in turn when I went to eat it I had to open the sub and take topping off so I could eat it and lastly I had to ask them for a bag as I had 3 items to carry and when I asked for the bag they were snotty about it and do you not give napkins out with each sub cause I had none given to me thanks
