I think the staff are doing their best but there's no one actively managing the team during the dinner rush. It's chaotic at best and the order accuracy is hit or miss. The dining room is in need of a refresh. Worn table tops, torn up booth material, wobbly tables... This location isn't aging very well.

I usually like this place for their burgers, but I just had their new Light life burger, no so good, A&W's Beyond meat is the best hands down, it is the closest Non-beef burger, that taste like a real beef burger, out of all of them. Sorry Harvey's.

Don't get me wrong Harvey's as the chain have good tasty hamburgers and other products, BUT they should stop hiring KIDS to prepare and serve their product, a good hamburger become burnt and soggy, disgusting, most of time they are playing and waisting people time than working, and who know what's happen to your food in the kitchen when you complain... So I'm telling you if you see a Harvey's serve by professionals workers, try them, but I'd you find a playground instead run away from there. (Location: Les Seules,Québec ,Qc)

Love it ! Best burgers ever !!!! Went through the drive tru over lunch on a weekday and was super fast ! Great service and really those burgers can’t be beat ! Love to get onion rings instead of the French fries + a big fan of Pepsi instead of Coke ;)

I have been there 2 nights in a row, once at 20h30 and the next night at 21h30. Excellent food and service. Went back for a third time in the same week and staff would only sell me these pre-packaged hamburger given it's past 20h.So if you don't like dry all-dressed burgers, to avoid after 20h.

We were given the wrong order the first time so then we ordered again and ended up with hard burger buns and a very cold burger.
