Time schedule in the screen is inaccurate. It was saying 10 more minutes then suddenly turned into departed already. Missed a job interview since i had to wait another hour for the next bus.

Presto fund loading machines are HORRIBLE. The touchscreen doesn't work half the time. Fix this if you're not going to put attendants in the booth anymore.... Ridiculous

It was cold and snowing today, in which was an acceptable reason for buses to be running a bit behind. I was waiting inside as it was cold and once my bus came the 48 towards Guelph, the bus driver left in a rush when he dropped one passenger off. I attempted to get the drivers attention but he simply passed me and continued his bus route. I understand he is on a tight schedule but it would be nice if the driver at least gave me a chance to get on the bus instead of leaving so quickly as he did not check if anyone was coming to the bus.

Bus drivers move on their own schedule. Also why is there no ticket machine inside the shelter?Are people really expected to stand outside in the cold to get a ticket or reload their presto card
