I was present at the funeral of norm and John gray on Saturday, October 16, 2021 and I just wanted to say how wonderful the service was with the chaplain there. He certainly knew the wonderful man Norm was.

My brother passed away almost 3 weeks ago and I'm still not done with them. I've had to follow up with this location multiple times with no luck though they are quick to send an invoice, eventhough the after care still hasn't been completed. Needless to say I'll have to call again tomorrow. I would suggest you go elsewhere.

Tracy Weir pre-planned my Dad's funeral. She was always helpful and available for questions. On the Visitation and Funeral days, Michael took over. He was always present, supportive, professional, and compassionate. I felt that I could ask him for anything and he would do it. From helping out at the Visitation, to ensuring flowers were delivered on time to the cemetery and then outside to the burial site, everything was on point without further instructions on the day. I would highly recommend this Funeral Home to others.

Recently helped us with funeral arrangements for a loved one and it was an incredibly seamless and positive experience all around. Had a horrible experience with Scott’s (at a higher cost) about a year an a half ago right in the middle of one of the worst lockdowns and it was horrible by comparison (with little to no service and support by comparison).Thank you Turner and Porter for making such a difficult time easier to navigate.

I chose to go with Turner and Porter again after 10 years due to the compassionate and professional way they handled the sudden demise of my son.I used their services again on the loss of my dear husband in Dec. 2020. The people who work in the office were excellent. Special mention to Mr. Jeremy and Ms.Katherine.The experience with the funeral director was very unpleasant. She lacked compassion and wanted to control everything and acted in a very authoratative way , without consulting my son and me on sensitive memories which we wished to have at the service.I understand, the pandemic put restictions on numbers. However, in the church, she chose to challenge the priest on the presence of a pall bearer, a very close friend of my husband. She made him sit ouside in his car while she and her help sat in the foyer of the church. We selected a very beautiful flower arrangement and a portrait of my late husband to be placed near the coffin during the mass. She refused to bring and place it at the appropriate spot. When my son requested for it to be brought in, she gave an excuse which was not valid.The management were made aware of the issue. They did speak to me about it, but no sincere apology from the funeral director.She ruined the special memories that all family and friends around the world watching on live stream did not see. My husband's coffin laid stark and bare in the church, not becoming of the man he was!

My experience with Turner & Porter funeral services still haunts me to this day. They were supposed to arrange the transport of my mother’s coffin to Ireland for final burial. Unbeknown to my family, Turner & Porter personnel had erroneously attached an envelope containing my mother’s passport, rather than a photo copy, to the coffin container. The passport was subsequently stolen during transfer between planes at London Heathrow airport. Following the theft, the funeral company did not assist us... they barely apologized and did not help to rectify the situation. The incompetent and impersonal way in which my family was treated by this funeral company, during an already trying time, was so unprofessional. This happened eight years ago, but to this day, it still haunts me... and for this reason I would never recommend Turner & Porter to anyone looking for funeral services

Went to this location for a viewing for my uncle. Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw one of rhe employees asking my aunt for payment in front of family and she hadn't even got in to see her husband yet . Who does that. Asking for water was like asking for gold. Dirty looks all around and they were just standing there just chatting. I guess if you don't get their top package this is how you're treated. Good luck to anyone who uses them.

Very professional and listens to what the family wants. My mother's final burial was in Portugal and everything went smoothly,. Was at the airport to collect my mom with the funeral home. Very impressed.
